for some reason, I'm having how this is done trouble envisioning exactly how this is done.

I hold my dick and push the head in and also grab the scrotum with out my balls and pull all the penis skin ( the penis skin that will show will be more from the base since your dick will now be inverted) and scrotum skin through a homemade oval wire ring keeping my dick and balls behind the ring.
