I do but I am always late with it and I use a turkey, it usually comes some time in November on a Thursday but You are always welcome to come, I always cook enough to feed a small army. Turkey, dressing (my own) candied Yams, a green vegetable like Asparagus, mashed Potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, roles, and pies, yes pies, don't forget the pies, Pumpkin and some fruit pie, Apple or Peach. Topped with real whipped cream. Then we eat tell we drop, take a nap then go make another plate.
Damn, now I am hungry, this might not wait tell November, September 21st, Fall Equinox, hmmmmmmm. Maybe DUCK.

Interestingly, I have it on very good authority that Arthur C. Clarke's idea of putting satellites into geosynchronous orbit actually had a lot to do with such things coming to pass. Arthur also had a cat named Scooter the Neuter.
Interesting concept, orbits.
I could go and dredge up the mathematics but I think a verbal explanation will not scare people who do not care for mathematics.
The Russians launched the first artificial satellite into low Earth orbit in 1957. Each orbit was completed in approx. 96 minutes. (

The Moon is a natural satellite of the Earth that orbits the Earth in a little under 30 days in a very high orbit. (
http://www.answers.com/topic/moon#Orbit ... p_to_Earth)
Arthur Clarke proposed a geosynchronous orbit. This means that between these two orbits an orbit that would orbit the Earth in 24 hours exists with a certain radius. Furthermore, in such an orbit the satellite would ALWAYS be overhead and would appear not to move. (

A radio repeater in such a satellite could blanket the Earth with a reflected signal.
This is how Dish TV and Direct TV work. The signal is in the 12 gigahertz range and the carrier frequency is capable of carrying simultaneous digital signals. Many channels can exist on one frequency. The signals are digitally encrypted using state of the art government-level encryption equipment. These are ALMOST impossible to pirate. However, it can be done by a technically savvy person.
I DO NOT recommend trying it, however. It is cheaper to subscribe.
IF THERE WERE A "PLANET X" WE WOULD HAVE SEEN IT APPROACHING BY NOW IF IT WERE TO BE HERE BY December 21, 2012.
So, have you seen the movie 2012 yet?

Thoughts on the observatory in Antarctica?
And what about the blacked-out section of Google Earth/sky view?
Hmmmmm?
Darth's telling ya's, they've seen the New Deathstar coming!

Interesting topic. I actually read one or two of Zacharia Sitchen's books. VERY interesting stuff. But I don't think this planet exists. If it did scientists would have detected it. If not by visual methods it would have made some kind of impact on how the sun moves as well as the other planets.
But I do think something is going on. The pyramids just couldn't have been built by ancient Egyptians. Scientists say we might not even be able to build them with our current technology. I watched a special documentary a couple of weeks ago and can't remember what it was called but it showed some other mind-boggling structures that were so perfect and could only have been made with diamond tipped devices.
Some fun things to do is search for 'out of place artifacts' as well. I know a lot of them are probably natural phenomenon but it is still fun to exercise your brain with.

We already put up buildings taller, stronger and more usable than the Egyptians built. We also use steel and glass which wasn't know to the Egyptians. Did we get steel and glass from alien visitations?
How about some of the suspension bridges? Did aliens visit New York City (now be kind with that statement) and tell Roebling how to make wire rope? Come to think of it, the Egyptians didn't have wire rope. I guess the aliens forgot to tell them that, came back and told Roebling instead,
BTW - Roebling built the Brooklyn Bridge.

And before y'all say it, Aliens did visit Greenwich and the gay bars there.

Oh yeah?
I'll bet you that Muslim terrorists could not collapse a pyramid by crashing a boeing jet into it...

Nothing is permanent in this world. I remember Shelley:
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
`My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away".
And Ozymandias is also called Ramesses II of Egypt whose gravestone read:
"King of Kings am I, Osymandias. If anyone would know how great I am and where I lie, let him surpass one of my works."
Take a lesson from history. If there is anything like Nibiru in the skies, it is the forward and inevitable step of time itself. Time conquers all and Time is the ultimate arbiter of all things.

Oh man, wish you had not done that, now its time.
On thing is curtain we have no idea what tomorrow brings, some things we can predict but truly we haven't got a clue. As for predictions, I predict that no planet rogue or otherwise is making a 2000 year orbit and will magically be here on Dec 21, 2012, like earlier threads a calendar is just a way of measuring time, nothing else, the actual date is just that, like a cup or measuring spoon and nothing more, that is all it is today, that's all it ever was, and as the raven said, nothing more.

βThe tusks that clashed in mighty brawls
Of mastodons, are billiard balls.
The sword of Charlemagne the Just
Is ferric oxide, known as rust.
The grizzly bear, whose potent hug
Was feared by all, is now a rug.
Great Caesar's bust is on the shelf,
And I don't feel so well myself.β
