Don't quite understand the psychology of the man who wants a Tgirl. Does he want his Tgirl to be castrated? If she takes meds to make her breasts grow will that end her need for castration? You open up your question turtle by remarking your lack of phycological understanding men. I can say that of all the men I have dated/slept with/talked to regarding my being transgenderd is really the topic of interest. It so happens that I am a eunuch so yes I have been castrated & thus have tried a few things along the way such as hormones and surgeries to inhance my "femininity". These things(hormones, breast development, beauty products) Have all been largly motivated by the medias ideal. I say to you turtle that if you are simply looking to attract a man as a transsexual then hormones, Surgeries, clothing & Cosmetics could all work wonders. If a guy likes T-girls as a category, rather than liking women and happening to find a T-girl he likes, then he probably wants them to still have the male genitalia. I mean a fully transitioned transsexual should basically be a woman, so any guy with her shouldn't be thinking "all right I'm fulfilling my T-girl fetish".

I think the reasons guys (even those who otherwise are quite "straight") may be attracted to a T-girl with balls is that most biological women are really not particularly horny. A T-Girl really wants to suck your cock, whereas most women see it as a chore. Also, presumably a T-girl knows more about how a penis works and are therefore more practiced in pleasuring. I think if a guy really wants to be penetrated though then there is probably some latent homosexuality involved.

What I don't understand is why many transsexuals keep their male genitalia and seem to enjoy having it. If they are so out of place in a male body I'd think they'd definitely want to get rid of the most male part of their body.

I consider myself a straight guy. I adore women, and men don't appeal to me in the least. T-girls, though, are a special weakness for me. Same reason why there are women who can deal with having small breasts, a nose too big, lips too thin etc.

The identity is female. The body is male. Sure theres a physical mismatch, but its not the end of the world, not for some anyway. There are more important things to worry about in life, so many things to do, to see, to buy (like my future lamborghini).

I personally feel that gender dysphoria does not mean one has to hate one's own body, even if the sex does not match the gender. Logically gender dysphoria should manifest itself as being uncomfortable with trying to fit into the social gender role assigned to one due to one's physical sex, that is at odds with one's psychological gender.

People who dislike their own genitals and either wish to get rid of it or have the genitals of the opposite sex, THAT is a physical genital dysphoria. Afterall if there are men who have penile dysphoria, and men who don't, why must it be seen that ALL transgirls have a penile dysphoria? It surely seems logical that some do and some don't as well.

Being a woman is not about what's between one's legs. Its about what's between one's ears. While I don't personally have a strong desire to "keep them", I'm not bothered about using and enjoying whatever I got either. Maybe its because I'm a survivalist, maybe its because I'm ex-military, but making the best out of what you got, making the best out of the circumstance, just seems like the best path to take.

And because its whats between the ears thats more important in determining who I am, I'm really not too bothered about surgery being a must either. My brain is 100% comfortable being female, being socially female, so I don't need any physical op to "convince myself" of a fact I already know. If I do get the op, I see getting it as being like giving a nice exquisite dessert to a happy, healthy person, rather than giving water to a person dying of thirst.

On a small side note I think some of this (all?) is body image. The desire to have our bodies be what we think they should be. In my case it was to take care of my atrophied (broken non working) testes and get silicone implants that were the size of what I thought would be proper male testicles.

From my point of view, it's far more important for you to work on getting your body soft, smooth and totally hairless. Then you'll look far more feminine and girlie whether you have any breast developement or not.

As for your "tits," there are herbs on the market that are suppose to help with that. Be sure to do your research first and talk to a doctor about that, too.

Some years ago I use to email with a "girl" who was taking some kind of herb and "she" said that "her" breasts were developing to the point where the men where she worked made fun of "her" about it.
