Castration was practiced in Czechoslovakia/Czech Republic until just a few years ago for 'sex offenders'. That term included even things like jerking off in public. Ouch!! It was a big news story just last year.

I read a story once about a 15 year old boy that was dating a 14 year old girl. He was over at the girls place, her parents were gone, and not supposed to be home untill after midnight. Apparently the story goes that the boy choosed castration surgery instead of the jail time. From what I understand, this is a true story.

In Australia there is no provision in law for the castration of offenders. However the Dept of Health makes Androcur (cyproterone) available for "inappropriate sexual behaviour in males" i.e. such men are chemically castrated. If some guy's behaviour is going to get him in trouble, say exposing himself in public (doesn't seem to matter if a woman does the same thing), he's liable to be sent to a psychiatrist who will prescribe Androcur so his case never appears before the Courts. Also, if a guy is permanently in some sort of hospital or institution and giving the nurses trouble, then they are liable to report his "inappropriate behaviour" to a doctor there. The doctor can prescribe Androcur and the guy may not even know what the 'new tablet' is doing to him, but the doctor gets no more complaints from the nurses. Most people in Australia do not even know this is occurring and no one knows how many men are being chemically castrated (except perhaps the Dept of Health). I wonder in how many other countries the same thing is happening. And the subject of castration is never publicly debated, as it would be if it was done through the Legal System. This is pretty close to forcible castration.

For several years, a relative of mine worked for a facility here that I will not name, that housed homeless boys of all varieties - mainly criminals and sex offenders, but also homeless ones or ones in temporary care for abuse, etc. A very mixed crowd of all ages from babies to 17 year olds.

One summer a few years ago, when her car was down, I was doing a lot of running for her. Her son was in sports, and I had him, and my nephew, etc., it was a mess. I also had the ability to walk into the place, once I met the boss, and had shared some of my former education with him. All I had to do when she was there was ring the doorbell and be let in. One night, at bedtime, as someone was not there and I was helping her out, she went to the cabinet for "nighttime meds". Most of these were antidepressants and the like. There was the name of each boy, with the name of his pill. Next to his med was his "reason". In almost every single case, even for boys of single digit age, the reason listed for the med was "Reduces or eliminates sexual desire."

It didn't stop there.

She called me to pick her up at the pharmacy one day not too long after. She worked in the boys' wing. Her car had quit. In the backseat, there was a large bag she'd picked up. It contained Depo Provera. For the boys' home. My answer to this question was "We don't talk about that. OK, some of them are sex offenders."

So apparently, in Indiana, underage boys in institutions can & are being hit with chemical castration.

In Vietnam those "bouncing Betty land mines were often used by the Viet Cong & NVA. If a soldier survived chances are he lost his dick and or balls.

Captured soldiers were also castrated and left where they could be found by their fellow soldiers. Some were even set up by Saigon Viet bar girls/whores where gangs of Viet young men would grab the horny GI and beat and rob him. Some were held down by the men as the whore would cut off his cock & balls.

Just like in real life, you can never know what's true, partially true or completely fabricated, unless you have personal knowledge of a person's situation.

But real or imagined, fantasy or not, it can't hurt supporting someone who claims to have had a personal trauma. Just don't give anyone money, your SSN, your driver license #, or your credit card number. The world is just crawling with charlatans and the more sincere or genuine they appear doesn't matter.

I wasnt given a choice when I had both of my testicles removed. I had the left testicle removed at age 17 upon arrival to hospital after a skate boarding accident the right testicle was removed 2 days later because of my mother. She had parental guardianship rights and the surgeon told her the right testicle was also badly damaged and that if it didn't heal might need removal, well my mother decided seeing I was already in hospital it would be best to remove it now rather than wait and see to avoid further trauma later. After some discussion the surgeon agreed only to examine it and I was taken and put to sleep only when i woke it became apparent the testicle had been removed.

That sounds a little like my situation.....only my wife was more or less in charge at the time. Actually I was flown to a trauma center so I don't really think she had much input.

I was in a motorcycle crash which caused some severe trauma downstairs. From what I was told later, one was actually removed by the crash, the other was badly damaged and removed at the hospital.

All I can say is thank God I was unconcious, I woke up 8 days later and the deed was done. But at least I made it to 42!!

Like you I'd prefer to have them back, things were simpler and cheaper!!
