OK, now for some fun: A-1, I can totally relate to that story. My former wife and I used to play a game where we went out in public and I would have a thin chain around my balls that ran out the top of my jeans. It looked like a piece of jewelry. My wife would have her finger around it, and anyone paying attention would have thought she just had her finger hooked affectionately in my jeans. But every time she tugged on the chain, the pain went through my nuts like a knife.

The 'pinwheels' or 'tracing wheels' that luvpain and I were discussing earlier will do the trick, whether or not they break the skin. They're enormously common in any SM shop. Buy one and experiment!
