I took the time to find these links to another real castration by a "cutter" who ended up in court. It's worth the read. Again, approach "self-surgery" or "non-medical Cutters" with great care and apprehension. This castration went bad real fast. This is the reason no one advocates this.

I think it's important to hear first hand from the people who have such experiences. There are people right now making decisions about cutting themselves. No matter what is posted, more will try to do it themselves. So posting what happened to those who did, first hand, can only enhance the safety of those who will undoubtedly follow.
I know what it's like to reach the point where I would do the unthinkable to relieve the emotional and physical pain I was feeling. So when others reach that point, they need to be informed. We still do not know if ghostautumn's story has a happy ending. Nor does he. I do know this, for every happy ending, there are many that do not end happy. Some end in death.
Do we want others to follow in ghostautumn's footsteps? No. Will others try? Most certainly. Will it depend on whether or not ghostautumn posts his story here in the EA? I do not think so.

Agree that many in the site were castrated other then by a doctor. Seems like most do not come back
to the archive posting that they are alive.
Is that true? You mean they announce their intentions to do the job never to be heard from again.

FYI Ghostautumn is OK , but he himself warns others not to do this.. he really could have bled to death

Nevr a good road to go down diy castration,lets just be thankfull that this is one post that has a good ending,and that we are not reading of anothe diy that led to someones death.
Lets all be thankfull that he is now on the road to recovery,and that he himself would not recomend self castration.
