I felt more like I had been heavily radiated and had a warm inner glow. I felt as if I could use my testes as night lights as they would surely glow in the dark.

It wasn't a pain, or an ache really. But there was definitely some kind of different warm radiating feeling. So, I guess you can assume that the drug is doing its intended job.
