The attitude of our Society regarding castration is similar to some countries regarding abortion : wanted by many individuals, but illegal, which leads us to the search of hidden surgery with all the inherent dangers. In a couple, once children are bred and menopause has come, many of us no longer need their balls, removal should be easily available, and pharmaceutical laboratories would gain a new market for HRT .

This may be true about an emergent HRT market. With that being said the profit margins on viagra is to much to high set aside. HRT simply doesn't have a large enough market to invest in. However there are Millions of men that need to take some added "T" in order to function on a daily basis.

Granted there are a number of men who may wish to be castrated, but the hoops one must jump through are many and varied. Even if men could get castrated at will the market for HRT would still be significantly small as compared to viagra.;)

On a different note when I masterbate I still cum the feeling is not as intense as before, it is still pleasurable. Also I have no ejaculate of any type not even prostetic fluid I may have an issue with a shrinking prostate and that would be a good thing NO?

As someone with a fraction of those female bits, my experience is that the ability to ejaculate depends a lot on hormones plus the usual stuff (how tired are you, who you are with, etc). When my testosterone levels are high, it's pretty easy. When they're a bit lower or I'm tired, it's much tougher. I have no idea how it is with transwomen; I imagine that hormones have a lot to do with it for them too.

I asked another post op TS that I know, who is 22 and had SRS about 18 months ago. She said that she ejaculated when she's very turned on and is "really in the mood".
