There's snake oil too. Said to be very good. Not sure about scientific and valid results....

No T does odd things to some after a while, it seems.

Noting that you are not F and don't want to be, it may be that a small dose of Estradiol might make you feel better. Works for me. My minimum dose that worked was 1-2mg twice a week. (Feminizing doses usually 2-4mg/day.)

If you don't want it to grow boobs, add tamoxifen to block its action there?

My guess is that we need something from a group of chemicals called 17-ketosteroids (incl Testosterone, made into estradiol and friends. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testosterone ) to keep most of us functional.

Just an idea.... Any others?

Black Seed Oil, Rat study

https://www.researchgate.net/publicatio ... _of_Black_ Seed_Nigella_sativa_Oil_Comparative_Study

Black Seed Oil hormone content.

The rat study was 300mg per kg body weight. For that on humans best I could tell for me 130lbs 3.5 table spoons wich should kill or cure :-P

As far as nova, best I can tell from reading roloxefine has fewer sides. Some where I read it had a positive effect on hormone deficient elderly men. Didn’t sound like a game changer but at least notable.

It’s an oxymoron for sure but I’m not ready to try the low dose Estrogen.

Think it was Devi that posted he used herbal so that was kind of the prompt for black seed oil. The second link show stimulating hormone, progesterone, testosterone, then estrogen. I do laugh a little on the YouTube reviews and all but crazy enough it might just work.

17-ketosteroids... sounds interesting I’d definatly like to try some kind of a testosterone selective receptor. Probably end up being some kind of progesterone like deca or tren. Most likely baned because of doping. If I was in country that alowed I’d try a little deca. But I’d be worried about it’s thyroid sides.

For many years now I have taken approximately 0.5 mg estradiol valerate per day or 1 mg every other day three times a week along with my multi-vitamins. -All generic. This works well with me.
