I just love how all this "healthy / whole grain" stuff is marketed as being SO good for you, when it's 90% sugar/corn syrup.

Pretty much, if it's ready-made, or marketed as "healthy", don't eat it.

After reading all of these I guess I am glad to have a steady manual labor job. I will deff be keeping some of this in mind. Thanks for some good info!

I went to clean out my recently deceased brothers home last month. I left 10 pounds lighter than I went there, and I wasn't eating healthy!
