I know it isnt diabities because my lower testosterone frequent urination happened at the same time, the exact same time
i urge you to get checked anyway. it's a simple blood test or two. the timing might be coincidental and the risk of being wrong about this is non trivial. be sure your doctor does a glucose tolerance test as well as fasting insulin and glucose levels. a simple finger stick in the middle of the day will tell you very little, especially if you've just eaten. once you rule diabetes out, see a urologist.

First: always check for Diabetes. It is a subtle and destructive ailment. Next: I have been told by all of my doctors (internist, endocrinologist and a reluctantly consulted urologist) that I should expect more frequent urination when Testosterone is at low levels or is absent. This has proved to be true. In my case, frequency of urination is well correlated with my use of supplemental Testosterone. --FLO--
good advice on the diabetes test. the only connection that i have seen made between testosterone and uriniation has to do with changes in the prostate. however, i have always understood (but could be wrong) that the connection between testosterone levels and changes in the prostate occur over time, i.e., over a much longer period than the poster describes he has had changes in his testosterone level.
once again, i could be wrong and would appreciate an article or something that would make me better informed on this.

The trouble with symptoms and blood and urine tests is that they frequently test for ONLY ONE THING and don't run a wide range of tests that can help point them in the right direction for a diagnosis.
Of course, multiple tests keeps you returning, runs up the medical and lab bills. So the one test process is self-explanatory.
If you knew what multiple tests could be performed, and you had the money, I suppose you could request (demand) that they be done. But most of us have neither the knowledge or the money, so we are under their control.

i just assume that people come here to get information from people who have some specific experience or knowledge in areas of common interest. i agree that it's best to get a full range of tests associated with a complete physical exam, but i know how expensive that can and so was just suggesting the tests that my own experience suggests are wise in this case, although i am not a doctor or medical professional.
diabetes can be managed or it can be life-threatening. the earlier it is diagnosed, the more likely the former is the outcome. that's all i'm saying or suggesting.
and, when it comes to my health, if i feel that something is "wrong" and i have some idea of what it might be and my doctor is unwilling or unable to listen because of stubborness or incompetence, i will "demand" or find another doctor. it's my life, not my doctor's.

well the urological problems......and realized something was wrong
I've just reread some of the posts in this thread. The range, quality and caring of the advice you are getting is quite extraordinary. You should take it. Diabetes is nothing to take a chance on. If you don't have it, you're out a few bucks for a couple of tests. If you do have it, you can start managing it early on.
Your best place for "one stop shopping" at first on this is an endocrinologist, who can address both the diabetes issue and any testosterone level issues. If that is not possible for whatever reason, then go to your regular doctor or an internist who can order the insulin and glucose tolerance tests. S/he can also order a simple Free and Total Testosterone Level test. If the tests rule out any "chemistry" causes for your problem then you should probably see a urologist who can address the "plumbing" issues, but let your doctor guide you on that.
Good luck.

I agree with OBB, there could be issues up inside the urethra with the trauma you mention. However, I still recommend a blood sugar test just in case, to be safe.
Good option get labs blood tests done see your Dr's or Dr continue to try and get help to see what is going on.
