you guys ever have a left testicle ache that last past 3 days? after putting 2cc in that is what I have. The right side is fine. I do see a slight bluish vein on the testicle when I look through the sac.

Why don't you go see a transgender doctor/surgeon, he/she might remove them if you present yourself as such. If you're TG they'll be more compassionate too.

Hey all, just checking in. I was to see my third urologist in two months. So far in three months I have had three testicular ultrasounds all with different results and an abdominal and pelvic CT scan. All the tests lean tward saying there is more wrong with my testicles than not.

The third doctor was a specialist at Barnes hospital in St Louis, Mo. This doctor was the last straw, to me he was an erogant( hope thats spelled right) jerk. I felt it was a waste of time the minute he walked into the room. It appeared to me his mind was made up before he came in. On his medical report page he stated that I probably have psycological problems and that an orchiectomy should not be performed. He also said I should get psyciatric help. No questions of a psycological nature where even asked or hinted at.

Upon reading the full report I was greatly effected by it. This doctor has broken me. I don't beleive he listened to anything I said. I have lost all faith in doctors. I will not pay this doctor for the office call. Right now I am so frustrated I dont know what to do, damn I'm not just frustrated I'm angry too.

I have other health problems and don't want to see my other doctors now either.

Yes, it's so difficult to find a truly compassionate doctor. My recent episode with my female urologist is similar, though she did agreed to give me the surgery I wanted, she was not compassionate or as understanding as I had hoped. I had to get a psych evaluation before she'd proceed, but I did get the psych eval. and proved to her that I was not crazy. It's a harsh process, but there is hope. Not all doctors/surgeons/urologists are jerks, but to find one that you appreciate and who's compassionate takes a lot of work. I have had a few good ones and I'm grateful for them. When I lived in central pennsylvania, I had a female Pakistani doctor who was wonderful, kind, and compassionate. I do miss her, she took the stitches out the week after Dr. Kimmel castrated me, she was curious and generally interested in helping me. I miss her a lot. What I'm saying by all of this is that there are good compassionate doctors out there, unfortunately it's difficult to find them, but don't give up. Be persistent and keep looking, as I've stated before, the most compassionate doctors I've had have been female, though even a few of them have been jerks. Good luck.

P.S. This is my personal opinion, but most male doctors wince at the thought of testicle removal, it's abhorrent to them that any male would want to have his testicles removed. To most male doctors, this tells them that the male has a mental problem. I think that this abhorrent attitude is relayed to female doctors and that many of these female doctors tend to go along with these male doctors, however, for other female doctors, it's difficult for them to understand why it's abhorrent. Since they don't have testicles they don't see it as being abhorrent and are more willing to help in the process of removal. All I can say is, look for a female doctor, see if you can sense real compassion. My older female doctors have been the best. By the way, it's estimated that in approx. 10 years, female physicians will outnumber male doctors and I think that's a good thing.

Skudster, I live in In St.Louis. I would like to know the name(s) of the doctors you have seen in the St. Louis area. I don't want to waste my time. I can tell you who I have seen with no luck on my my end.

Eunuchus the only doctor I have seen in ST Louis is DR. Arnold Bullock at the Washington University in St Louis, School of Medicine.

He seems to have great credentials, but I didn't like him. I don't think he helped me at all.

good news, pain went away. So far I put in 3cc of 80 proof that is all I am going for this month. 3cc or less each month. Strange thing is my testicles did not shrink, I know it might be too early for that........my testicles have just gotten bigger and more firm. When does the shrinking start?

Does the vodka continue to work at killing the testicles for days/weeks by just sitting inside or does the vodka kill for the couple of hours from when it was injected followed by the swelling?

I did my 3rd injection just now. It was two weeks since i last did one.

My right testicle is still about as big as ever but maybe a little firmer. The left testicle was definitely smaller and firm.

First thing i did was to take some painkillers and then clean my scrotum area with hair removal cream so all the hair is gone. After a shower and plenty of soap I clean the ball sack and surrounding area with plenty of alcohol rub. I tied some clean wrap around the ball sack just below the testicles so that the testicles were firm against the sack. Then i cleaned with more alcohol and medicinal alcohol wipes.

I put 1cc 80 proof vodka into the right testicle first... the first time i put the needle into the testicles if just floated in but this time it hit something very firm. It hurt while putting in the vodka so i did it slowly and was okay. I got some sensation in my stomach each time the pressure came on as the testicle filled.

I tried the left testicle next and think straight away the needle hit a nerve or vain... when i injected it gave an instant pain in my stomach and i started to feel noxious just for a minute or so. I took out the needle and will be leaving that one alone for a while i'm thinking. When cleaning up i realized that there was blood in the needle... so definitely hit a vain. So i let it bleed for a while to make sure no infection gets in... here's hoping.

I've left the testicle sack tied for now and will probably leave it for an hour... not too tightly though. I put on a large plaster over the whole sack to keep it clean and dry for the night.

aishling1979 my testicle is big and firm....not sure if that is a good thing. I wouldn't advise overdoing it.

I am going to keep it at 3cc max a month. I am too scared what might happen if I put too much vodka into the testicle.

When you say 3cc... How much did you put in each testicle?
