I used half inch 3/10 insulin needles, went to 15 mark used 150 everclear one week in between, 2 1/2 months, one ball only went from size of walnut to grape. minimal discomfort ,went to 20 twice but to much pain.

so there was a little discomfort last night but nothing to stop me sleeping and all feels fine today... just a little sensitivity

My 1st round of vodka injections:

I did 1cc both testicles using easy touch insulin injections and 80 proof smirnoff vodka. The pain from 1-10 was about a 6. Definitely enough pain to be bothersome during the night. I got up a couple of times throughout the night because the pain was gnawing dull achey type. I injected at 7pm, took a good walk around the neigborhood for an hour. The pain lasted a good 6-8 hours. 3am the pain decreased but not fully gone.

The pain was predominately in the lower stomach, sometimes would radiate to the back. Does feel like someone slapped the sac around or punched it. Pain feels like fast cuts to the testicles.

Today there is a slight feeling in the lower stomach and twinging pains any time my testicles move, like little aches. Does send discomfort in the Caesarean section area.

I am contemplating on whether to inject every 15 days or every 30 days. What do you guys think?

It is not something enjoyable to do. I hope it gets easier and less pain with time.

I was going to shoot each testicle on different days but got tempted to do both at the same time.

I am going to use svedka vodka once I run out of smirnoff. So that is my experience, hopefully round 2 will be better.

My only concern right now is that the pain fully wears off as the days go on. I will keep you all updated.

Last injection I did was 2 weeks ago. Should I wait more or do the 4th round?

Just remember the as the size of you testicles decrease the amount of Alcohol you can inject decrease by the third power. If you started at 1 cc, but with them at half size the amout they can injected with is only .125 and 1/8th of your starting injection. If the testicles are hard, wait two weeks and get your T levels checked.

well...It's been 2 months since I did my first set of injections...the pain never really went away but seemed to localize in the epididimus area...I finally went to see a doctor about the pain hoping it had been long enough that any needle marks would be gone...an ultrasound showed "unusual" areas and they put me on some strong antibiotics which seem to help a little, and He's ordered an MRI and blood test to look for cancer markers...crossing my fingers that even if they don't find a "cause" for the problem, that they will suggest the best thing to do will be to take them out.

I really dont think that needle marks are an issue, its not like they are inspecting the skin of your scrotum and it they were the scrotum is so elastic its not noticeable at all. I went in to my urologist 4 days after an injection he just did a quick feel of my boys, and said they do feel hard, and this was after the ultrasound, the tech that did my ultrasound never actually looked at my scrotum she had me covered up for my privacy, she was more looking at the screen and the pictures that came out when she was done.

Does the doctor know you're transgender or do you present as transgender? If I was a doctor and a male patient presented as transgender, I would be suspicious. However, you never know about doctors. If you go to a sympathetic doctor/urologist, you might have more success in getting them removed.

I injected 2cc of 80 proof and my testicles seem to be the same size

I did not present as TG to the doctors, but when I go to get the results and see him again (anticipating that I will have extremely low T) I will tell him other than the pain I've never felt better overall...want the pain to stop...worried about future infections...wouldn't it be best to just take them out? since they are useless?
