Kitty is going home today. Lol I'm giving him one last haul of freshly cooked chicken before his owner comes to pick him up.

Have you decided to go and get your own Kitty now?

I recommend "litter mates". They sleep together and "stimulate" each other. My old Siamese brothers are very different people. One is a light weight (Izzy for Isaac) and one is a bear (Solly for Saul). Their different build as kittens led me to believe they would mature with different personalities.

They are NOT both of the feline persuasion.

I have known an outdoor dog and cat that fought by day, really fought. The dog would have killed that cat if not restrained. But, they slept together on the coldest nights in the dog's doghouse.

and not one doggie icon. ;)

OK2 is coming regularly at night. Really a sweet animal but will not come into the hours, not even half way for a bite of food. Eats a half portion so I suspect he receives regular feedings elsewhere. Today I picked him up and he was cool about it but, not real keen on it. After two minutes I put him down.

Feral, original OK is sunning himself in the mornings, actually 11AM when I get to him. Takes several trips to the feed bowl and napping in between until an hour before sunset when he disappears not to be seen until the next morning.

Old fat black kitty continues her routine although I have not witnessed a successful hunt for some time. She sits and waits by the hole in the fence under the bird feeder. Warms her black fur in the sun. Seems happy.

Izzy is a feather boned kitty who just does not eat as much as the others. I get concerned but, Izzy seems okay about it. Siamese big brother Solly is most often my waist level bed mate.

Please GOD, no sixth kitty to feed.

Well done, we had a member years ago that did that, how many have been around long enough to remember the Cat Daddy Andrew?

Good for you taking in cats,

A cat poem:

I love mouses.

Mouses, I love to eat.

Bite off they little heads.

Crunch they tiny feet.

Feral Orange Kitty showed up for the first time in 3 days.

In the evening, OK-2 shows up. Wants to be pet, fed but refused entry into the house, even for food just inside an open door.

The Siamese Brothers and Old Fat Black Kitty just do their thing.
