Can you get the 151 proof version of Everclear? That is what I have had to use here in California. Otherwise you can buy full-strength Everclear in New Jersey

Quick update. It took almost 2.5 weeks after my last 1.5 ml injection for the swelling to finally disappear from the left epididymus. I am also having some recurring soreness in the right testicle after the alcohol wore of. I assume that is from the ongoing atrophy that is probably occurring. I can usually keep it from aching if I keep it well supported. However it is quite tender if I pull or squeeze on it. The left testicle has firmed up considerably but not shrunk very much, nor is it sensitive at all. The good news is that I have lost the craving to jerk off every morning and night. I am taking that as a sign that I am just about where I want to be hormone-wise, so will be putting further injections on hold for a while (again).

I recall I had sessions where swelling and ache lasted for a couple of weeks or more. It finally wore off. And even when it did wear off, I did not do another injection for a few more weeks.

Years prior to injecting I had a bacterial infection in testes; some kind of backflush from bladder or prostate. Really painful and balls swelled up twice their normal size. And I mean really painful. Like living 24 hours a day with balls that were constantly being kicked. It took a month of antibiotics to get rid of that. Injections were no where near that kind of pain.

When injecting I did get kind of worried when pain lasted a couple of weeks; an ache really, not pain.* But over time, with repeated injections, eventually, subsequent injections were virtually pain free. I was left with one small spot on one nut that is hypersensitive on it's external surface. Never could get rid of that. Epididymus as far as I can tell is virtually gone or completely shrunk to nothing. Lab tests are the only real way to know if T level has dropped. Once that was confirmed, I knew I did not need to do any more injections. Injecting got so easy, I could have kept injecting, but why inject and risk ana infection or some kind of unwanted damage when it is no longer necessary, I thought. That was my experience. Which should not be taken as instructional or advice. the variables are nearly infinite so one person's experience should not be viewed as an endorsement of the process.

* There was one instance where I obviously injected too much out of confidence and eagerness. When needle was removed, the alcohol inside testicle was under too much pressure and it squirted out of the injection site and into the scrotum. Pain was 11 on a scale of 10 and lasted a long time. That was a horrible learning experience and I never did that again. It could have been that episode that damaged or eroded the epididymus.

It should not increase any pain once the the testicles atrophy the pain should go away, unless the pain is from a pinched nerve, then it will not change.

This is ridiculous. Trying to kill your testicles just a little bit makes as much sense as trying to kill a person just a little bit. Your testicle are hooked up to what amounts to a hormonal thermostat, that no matter how much you kill, the thermostat will keep demanding more testoserone out of what tissue is left. Men with only one testicle have far more that 1/2 the T of what they would have with two. Losing one doesn't much affect your hormone level. You just don't have as much back up production capability. Look at Lance Armstrong's athletic accomplishments after losing one testicle to cancer. You don't achieve that with half of normal T

Do not pursue castration, particularly permanently, unless you are sure you want to deal with the effects. They are far more profound than just decreasing masturbation.
