You should have either a story ready about how they might have gotten this way or just play dumb. Its very unusually that both testicles would develop benign masses and the doctor will have no empirical explanation for the cause. But they will have to come out in case they are cancerous. I suppose that if there is a significant increase in bilateral orchiectomies that turn out to be benign, the medical profession will start to look for answers to this phenomenon.

I wonder why the WPATH 2011 Standards of Care revision, in which gender is no longer defined as purely binary, is not a more-than sufficient "answer" for the medical profession, unless it is already more than sufficient.

Just an update,

I'm scheduled for a pet scan, just waiting to know when.

My urologist considers me as a "very interesting and unusual patient".

Knowing that cancer isn't a eventuality, they search for what could have lead to my unusual testes. They search for inflammatory reasons.

I'll keep you informed.

They will of course do a thin slice biopsy of both balls once they are removed.

What a job that is for a technician.

Slicing your balls into thin wafers so they can be examined under a microscope.

Always wondered what they do with them once they are done.

Incinerate? They can't just flush em.

The claim is that injecting radioactive crap into your blood stream is not harmful.

But, just in case there is some cancer, this would find it, and better to know now than assume there is no cancer just because you know the cause of your condition .

I did my first ones tonight. more intense than expected. Did 190 proof ever clear 25g needle. Mind you my testicles are about the size of either a large grape or a bottle cap.

I got .8 ml in my left which is the bigger one, and .5 in the smaller one.

lesson learned go slower than slow and get smaller needles.

point 8 and point 5 sounds adequate. I started with 1.0, worked my way up to 3.0, which was literally unnecessary and overkill, and as the inner structure of each testicle turned into scar tissue, it became increasingly difficult to inject any fluid at all as soft matter turned hard.

It is so easy to want it done now, quick, get it over with, and go too fast and too much.

The truck driver had ample time to steer the truck away from the turtle as it crossed the road.

The fast fleeting hare was not so fortunate.

Sometimes slow is better.

I've taken my first shots today... 1 ml of 80 proof vodka in each testicle. Very easy to inject. Feel some discomfort but very little after 10 minutes.... will probably update in a little while on how that's going.

Okay... So I have two paracetamol in me and nearly a bottle of wine. Pain is more or less gone now... Hopefully all okay in the morning.
