That's so sad

I wouldn't wish that on anybody. What are the doctors saying about his chances?

Nothing new since Liz hasn't returned from the hospital yet. As usual, I'll keep you posted.

Liz is Monty's estranged wife or "strange wife" if you will
Hospital called to say Monty has pneumonia.

Strangely, I paid all my bills this month. Now I wait for my lottery winnings in the next drawing.
Hmmm I wonder if I should purchase a ticket?

He's even sending a ride to pick me up.

Monty's nurse just left. I told her Monty needs to move elsewhere and the nurse said she'd contact a social worker to see what could be done.
Monty is in Liz's bedroom with no spleen and a one lung.

This was a bizarre 24 hours past.
Sometime last night my Internet stopped working. I called TimeWarner and the female technician blamed the problem on my browser, Safari, and told me to call Apple.
This morning I called TimeWarner again and a male technician told me it was caused by a bad Ethernet cable. He said a tech would deliver a new one by 3:00pm Sunday.
I was resolved to doing without the Internet all day Saturday. This evening, just for a lark, I clicked on Google, not really expecting it to connect. It connected to my astonishment.
I'll let them bring me a new Ethernet cable, I could probably use a new one anyways.
Computers and their operations can be very confusing to 64 year old men
