Hello everyone,

I'm interested in undergoing a partial castration thru CaCl injections. I'd like to reduce my T levels so that my libido, hair loss, and acne diminish, but continue to produce enough so that I can avoid some of the negative health benefits commonly associated with a full castration, like osteoporosis, gynecomastia, and mental fog. I'd prefer to continue to produce some T rather than being fully castrated and have to undergo to HRT.

I've read thru about the first 50 pages of this thread and the only mention of partial castration seems to be made very early on by SplitDik. SplitDik cited a study that seemed to indicate that partial castration was possible with CaCl injections. In this study, cats' testis that were injected with different concentrations of CaCl demonstrated progressively lower T levels when checked at 30, 45, and 60 day intervals. Unfortunately, because observations stopped at 2 months, it's unclear as to whether T levels would have eventually leveled out or if they would have continued to be reduced down to castration levels.

Has anyone else here undergone a partial castration thru CaCl injections? If not, do you have any thoughts as to whether it's possible?

Remember results vary so don't do this unless you are prepared for any result up to full castration with one injection.

Thanks, sparkey49. I was thinking about starting with a small concentration (less than 5% CaCl at 0.2mL). It seems that many people on this thread achieved nearly a full castration with 20% or more, so I definitely don't want to go that high.

I injected my right bal on July 15th with CaCl and again 2 months later, it is small and very hard now. Dead. I tried to insert a needle recently, was impossible. The left ball was injected later, early in august and again late in September, it is now hard too. I like the result, I can say that CaCl is the best product for castration, inexpensive and efficient. Once again I will advise NOT to use liquid CaCl but only flakes which can be bored over a long period of time.

My dosage, 1g of CaCl at 77% concentration diluted in 2cc alcohol (80-proof, common white transparent liquor). Shake well, remove air, clean hand, area carefully, and you are done. Pain comes 2 hours after the shot, swelling follows, it will be uncomfortable for 4 days, that's all, worth it.

Be careful of side effects, I don't like the sight of my breast growing, I have no annoying side effects but I will need a minimum of Testosterone treatment.

Currently I am planning to start on chemical castration, but still toying with the idea of whether to use pure 80 proof vodka or inject alcohol with CaCl.

Main worry is hurting the scotrum.

If for the first jab would 3cc of 80 proof alcohol with 1g of CaCl powder for each ball be enough?

Also. For follow ups like a month later etc. Do I continue with CaCl solutions or just 80 proof alcohol would do the trick? Worried about the leakage of CaCl if the balls are too hard.

Hi, I wanted to share an update that may help others. I have been around this forum for some time quietly. Over the last few years I have injected both balls some 5 times with high proof alcohol upto 3 ml each. Although they changed shape a little the recovery was rapid so decided CaCl was an option to try. Very concerned about the pain I had avoided this option until now.

I took the plunge yesterday and injected 1ml into my right ball of 176%/ 88 proof mixed with lab grade flakes. The solution was quite thick and just about dropped through the 30g needle with moderate pressure. I did not want to inject too much solution due to the leakage risk and accounts from others that you do not need to.

So far so good no gut wrenching pain, all managed by a few Ibruprofen tablets. The main callout comparing to the alcohol only injections is the significant swelling and sensitivity. The ball feels huge/ full and Uber sensitive, overall a different feeling to alcohol only.

I am managing to go about my daily grind just fine which is great . I will leave it a month or so to see the affect before I do the left ball to see what the response is but thought it was worth sharing with you guys as I have benefited from all your posts - Dani x

is it safe to contain cacl in the fridge until ready for use? i've done this over 10 times with only one teste atrophied and think it might be a envioment issue deluding the CaCl. The alive teste is very warped and dense in the middle but certaintly not dead, nor making progress

Hi all

Really need some help and advice, have been taking Androcur for about 18months and decided to do my first injections yesterday, I injected 2.5ml Calcium Chloride into each teste and the pain in the left one was quite bad, back pain and hot sweats. Right one was ok.

Had bad pain all day and during the night in the balls and in the area above groin, balls were very swollen and still are, woke up this morning and my ball sac is black what looks like bruising is this anything to worry about?

I am worried to hell that I have done something wrong.

Thanks in advance

The pain usually lasts almost exactly three days. It can be quite an ordeal as the pain can be intense and you're not sure it will go away, on the other hand honestly a doctor can't do much for that type of pain anyway -- no amount of Tylenol 3 is going to help that.

The "blackness" is usually just bruising. Depending on where you injected you may have bruised it. It really depends on how badly it looks. Bruises can often be kinda shocking, I've had them over large areas. However, if like your whole scrotum is bruised that could be an indication of something more serious.

I don't know if you've ever had genital surgeries before, but after a hydrocele or hernia operation the whole thing looks like a Frankenstein experiment with swelling and bruising and all sort so stuff going on. But the body is pretty good at healing.

The main thing to worry about is ulceration. If the CaCl leaked out of the testicle and filled up the inside of the scrotum it can cause some damage to the scrotum and potentially cause some ulceration. This is reported in some of the animal studies. For those though they primarily just use topical antibiotic.

Overall it is up to you to figure out whether it seems sufficiently serious to seek medical attention. I will say that the intense pain and some brusing is common with this method. With my own injections I found that by day 3 the pain reduced substantially so if you get to day 3 and it is getting worse I would certainly seek attention.
