Im not so sure but i know the what your trying to aim for is the Leydig cells. If any alochol gets out into surrounding tissue the pain is sharp and allmost unbearable it seemed to run up into the cord right through my leg, it subsides rather quickly after 20 mins or so, if you do it right though its no problem to bare and was actually a turn on to fill them up.

I would take it slow its a process anyway it is over time it works, the result is pretty instnat to dampen sex drive.

Thank goodness for that it will be so nice not to have to relieve myself it is hell so I will start injections on Sunday

Start out slow, as you may have more pain the first couple of injections until the nerves get deadened. I started with 1.5 ml of 100 proof. If you have access to Everclear (190 proof), might want to keep it to 1 ml the first couple of times. Take it slow - week to 10 days between injections to let the swelling go down.

If you injected, then within a few hours ejaculated. Would the semen have a high alcohol content? I'd imagine it would cause burning as it made its way through the system...just an odd though that occurred to me yesterday while thinking about this topic

Just reading the web, I don't think you can see the sperm. You might notice less yellowish fluid from the seminal vesicles. See Wikipedia's semen article,

Have a small probllem I live in the UK can only get 40 proof over time will it do the job

As far as i know in the UK Bacardi 151 rum 75% is the highest. not cheap.

40 proof will work, it will just be slower and take many more injections. I must have done 30 or 40 injections over a 6 month period but it worked just fine.

Just a reminder only use drinking alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol), other alcohols can cause medical problems and or death! Do NOT use denatured alcohol either!
