Beginning to think I may need to give the boys another shot or two. After 2 shots of 100 proof and 2 shots of 151, I still am not noticing any difference in how I feel or in my libido, and only a little bit of loss of size and some hardening.

I have been injecting for months now,and my balls are still alive. I use 190 proof grain alcohol. My libido is much,much lower. My T levels in February were at 168. In fact one of my balls is extremely difficult to inject into and the other still soaks up the alcohol. Your experience may differ.

It will take more than 4 shots. The number of injections needed will vary allot between people before the testicles stop working. And also it takes testosterone a long time to clear out of the body, If the testicles were cut off you would not notice the lack of testosterone for a week or two.

I understand _g. I was just wondering whether I should be feeling any effects yet. I saw Eunuchus' post above where his has taken months, yet I see others here who have claimed they are done after a half dozen shots - though that is usually with 190 rather 151 proof like I have access to.

After having the urge to jerk off 3 times yesterday (both before and after my bike ride), I decided last night it was time to give them both another 2 ml shot of 151. The left one drinks these shots up like a lush - no problem. The right one has been the complainer, and has been bit tender ever since the last shot. When the needle went in, I got a quite painful twinge with the fist click of alcohol. Pulled it back out, re-inserted it on the other end, felt a lesser twinge in the tender spot which then went away, and was able to get the full 2 ml after that. Took a couple Tylenol 8 hr and went to bed. This morning, they feel better than before I shot them up! The nagging tenderness in the right one is gone for now.

When this happened to me, I just stopped and waited until all was calm. no harm in waiting. You can always start up again if you want to. Potential harm in going too fast. Be patient. Even if it takes six months or more, the wait will be well worth the effort.

And make sure no alcohol leaks out. That will cause tremendous pain on the outside flesh of the testicle and inside flesh of the scrotum . I know this all too well......from trying to do too much at once. Pain was 11 on a scale of 10.

Actually the shot on Sunday night calmed everything down! Whatever nerve was irritated previously got nuked by the alcohol that hit it this time around. I do have some fluid around the left testicle, while the right one is firm. But ZERO tenderness this time. They are not yet numbed up completely though as they still respond to squeezing.

What do you mean by "alive". do they still hurt when you squeeze them? are they hard? at 168 your T level is low.

I can still produce semen.

Semen is produced by the prostate. You would still produce some semen even if your balls were cut off.

Right, I don't know what I was thinking. Anyway the just don't feel dead yet. One will still take alcohol the other won't. Perhaps one is dead and one not.
