Either present to a doctor to see the status of the testicle, and proceed from that point, or you could try injections of Everclear alcohol, if you feel uncertain the testicles are not totally damaged.

I have read thru lots of this thread ... it's so huge tho that it's hard to cover it all properly ... I was looking at food grade/cheesemaking supplies and couldn't quite figure out if thats what I should use?? Should I use the premixed stuff or get the powder and make my own??? Can anyone advise???

I have done 4 or 5 alcohol injections into each one and found it seemed

I first bought liquid CaCl diluted in water at 33%, made an injection in my right ball, then waited. I had some light pain and swelling, as usual, but it was not conclusive. Later I had doubts about the integrity of the liquid, so I discarded the bottle and bought CaCl 70% in flakes, sort of white powder. I recommend flakes as they are much safer for a long storage in a cool dry place. I tried to determine how much CaCl can be dissolved in alcohol (80-proof). In 1cc of alcohol you can dissolve almost one gram of flakes. I prepared a syringe, introduced 1g of CaCl, added 2.5cc of alcohol, then shook vigorously the syringe to make sure the powder was no longer visible. After that the liquid was full of tiny air bubbles, so I left it rest for a day. The next day the liquid was clear, I pushed the piston to remove the air and injected in my right ball. I pushed slowly while pulling out the syringe to make sure the liquid was not in one place only.

After that there was no immediate pain or swelling, I had to wait till the next morning, the ball was swelled and very sensitive, it remained that way for about 2 weeks.

Today, after 6 weeks the ball is hard and insensitive to pressure except in one place. A second injection will follow shortly to finish the job, after that the other ball will be injected the same way.

My conclusion is that calcium chloride is better than alcohol, acts faster, only needs a few injections. I must however warn users that CaCl does not destroy the ball overnight, the salt "eats" the content of the ball from the inside and may take 3 months.
