Yes, from my own experience it could be heavy painful und extreme swollen the next days. But it's only from salt.

I had a similar experience the first and only night after injection in each testicle. I awoke with the testicle swollen, throbbing, and a burning sensation, but pain reliever permitted me to return to sleep. Upon awakening in the morning it was swollen and tender, and that lasted a few days until swelling subsided and noticeable shrinkage and the testicle riding high in the scrotum began.

One injection on my left ball and it is now a shrinking stone and my testo levels are extreme low... coming only from my little right ball.

Thinking one is really enough!

I did have one destroyed by one injection and removed after a couple months I did a second smaller targeted injection to finish off the other one though it had stopped working.

Interestingly, one injection was enough for my right to do show enough damage on ultrasound to require concern by doctor for surgical removal. However, the left showed only a small lesion after the 1st and 2nd injection. In two weeks I will have a 3rd ultrasound after 3rd injection. The take away is we are all different, and as is often noted on forum, doctors are really reluctant to remove anything that might have any life and chance of survival. "monitor" and "wait and see" are there most famous words. It may be that my doctor does not want me to lose my one remaining orb of manhood.

So it has been just over a week since I did the injections.

The right testicle has what feels like hard spots and seems smaller.

The left one seems pretty much the same.

Would you do another injection into both so soon?

Would you do another injection in general?

My next urology appointment with the hospital is around 6 months away.

I would wait a bit the decide about injecting again let it have some time at least a month or two then probably will take one more.

Be patient! After one injection my testicle is hard and shrinking. It has on 1/2 a hard lump inside and if a urologist wouls see thst, he would cut out it.

Waiting for more shrinking ...

Really wait a few weeks before injecting again. I know how tempting it is, but as mentioned by someone before... it is not a race. You really must prevent leakage and I think that taking your time in between the injections about 5-6 weeks helps preventing an injection going wrong. Leakage of CaCl may sound like 'just a risk', but believe me that it is very very... very nasty!

Ik needed multiple shots on just one testicle and it stille isnt dead completely. The last injection went wrong and it made my scrotumskin ulcer. The testicle fused itself to the skin. I took a few months to heal and was an open wound for months with the testicle partly at the surface. And even now when the skin has healed that part of the scrotum is still uncomfortable.

Just recently I found a doctor who probably will remove my remaining testicle. I hope to hear that june 12. It is almost a year since my last injections, so please be patiënt.
