Now after a month it's shrinking I was feel today (was no touching it intensive last days).

Its now smaller then my other very small testicle.

It's still hanging low like ever and absolute no pain since after the first week.

The swelling and tenderness lasted for several days just short of a week, and the shrinkage was noticeable right away and continued as it pulled up high in the scrotum. The 2nd ultrasound report noted noticeable shrinkage from the 1st ultrasound, which was 6 weeks before the 2nd ultrasound.

I had the exact same experience with my right testicle prior to surgical removal. It rode so high in the scrotum and likely would have left the scrotum where it not for prior hernia surgery that included the insertation of a mesh material. It was very uncomfortable especially when sitting with it so high in the scrotum.

My urologist told me after surgery that he had a difficult time getting the testicle beyond the mesh material and out of the abdominal incision, and following the surgery it felt as if he had a tugging war at the hernia site.

Left testicle has now been done.

Same amount was injected as the right but piercing the scrotum hurt a lot more.

I've started taking daily pictures of my scrotum and will eventually end up posting a timeline of progress.

I'm happy people there have success with doctors castrating them from this forum. After 7 months, two urologists, an endocrinologist, and a physician assistant along with multiple testosterone tests, ultrasounds, and a CAT scan I finally got burned out chasing after something that probably wasn't ever going to happen. Wherever you all live is one amazing medical place as Rochester NY is so conservative on that front.

@Leigh1980: Interested to see those pictures when you get them put together. I took a few myself but nothing too in depth after the novelty wore off. Of course my pictures are free to look at if anyone wants to, however they're request only so only the people interested see.

Everything seemed fine after I did the left testicle, no real pain or anything like that then at 3am I woke up in so much pain.

Took some anti-inflammatorys and pain killers but still couldn't get back to sleep.

The thing is now still throbbing and really sore. The right one is a little tender but other than that doesn't hurt at all.
