You might have already done enough to damage them sufficiently, it'll be interesting to hear about your progress. You'll know if your injections are working if you start experiencing castration symptoms or effects. If your testicles start to shrink and get hard, that's a sure sign. Let us know.

Good luck with your injections. I have been injecting since 8/27/2011 and mine are not gone yet. One has shrank in size significantly,the other is still close to normal size. Both are drawn up close to my body and very hard. Libido is almost gone. Which is a great relief to me.

Thought I would reply here although I have not used alchol injection, but the outome of my activities covers the same range that the alchohol injuction does from what I have seen in this discussion and I though sharing my experiences with my proceedures and subsequent treatment might be useful.

Originally due to mixed feeling re being bi-sexual I went through a stage ofconsideration of self castration which I then experimented with. What I did was band my testicles for extended periods which can be painful. As time went on the scrotum became more sensitive and was more painful during this proceedure but not much response either way from the testicles. I suppressed the pain by submerging thewhole package into icy water in a small milk jug/gravy boat which fit well into the area and numbed them completely to the stage of no feeling at all in the balls or the scrotum. Had to keep this application in place as the numbing effect soon wears off on removal of the bands. I think it also slowed the rate of damage to the testicles to smaller increments. There was never any physical reaction from them except the reduction in size.

I didn't go so far as attempting to freeze them solid. Kept them in the chilled condition for periods of time which gradually increased up to 4 hours. On removal of the bands and the chilling, they would gradually return to normal over a period of about an hour. Without the chilling, I think that period of of banding time might have completely killed them off rather than progressively damaging them, possibly resulting in other difficulties.

What did happen over a number of applications (about a year or so with two - three application per month) is that the testicles finally gave up and shrunk to about half of their former size. T levels dropped to almost zero. No external evidence of the banding application so Dr (and endocrinologist) put it down to natural causes and prescribed Reandol 1000 injections at three monthly intervals. As the testicles ceased to function gradually, I didn't notice much in the way of noticable side effects, but when I started on the Reandol, my T levels went back up to "normal" range and did have noticable effects.

In the return to normal levels, side effects that were noticable to me were:

All body hair darkened from grey to black as did hair on my head

Body hair became much denser turning me into more of a bear

Physical strength increased markedly as did a sense of vitality

T levels ranges from high normal to low normal over the three months between injections

Emotions etc were stable and there was no depression etc.

Sexual interest and function picked up materially to near their former levels

Overall it was a good outcome for me since I now can manage my T levels within reason for management of my health etc and somehow it has been a relief for reasons that I cannot quite quantify nor can I really identify the original urges to do away with them except to say that they were genuine and still remain in somewhat diminished form today. I am happy with there I now am at and managing very well with the current status which I do not expect to have to change.

I had a testosterone test run when I had a blood test earlier this week and my testosterone level is 1.10 ng/dL whereas in August last year it was281.3 ng/dL. My left nut hangs high in my nut sack and is the size of a large olive. My right nut appears somewhat "normal". I think I'll stop with the injections

I was over to the hospital today to get a testicular ultrasound done. I did find out I have a hydrocele in one testicle and have a varicocele in the other testicle. I wont get the full results for two weeks when I go see my urologist. Are the results above enough to start asking for an orchiectomy yet. Yes I know I should wait for the results in two weeks but I dont like waiting. Also should I be asking cretain other questions to the urologist that might help get my orchiectomy done. I hope the everclear has done its work. Skudster

I have not followed skudster's everclear injections. A hydrocele or varicele can be painful, but if balls are dead from everclear injections then pain would not be an issue. An ultrasound should reveal more than just a hydrocele or variocele but show that balls are possibly infarcted, with cysts or tumors or otherwise deformed in such a way that they should be removed to avoid potential development of tumors. Probably not a good idea to press the issue of castration; if anything..... if castration is proposed by doctor look shocked, but resigned, and relieved that it is not cancer and then willing to have them removed. A doctor would view eagerness to have them removed with suspicion.

If your testicles are dead and your T levels below 100, it's acceptable to request having them removed. You can tell the doctor that you've done a lot of research and that you've read that atrophied organs can become cancerous. Tell him/her that you're afraid of them becoming cancerous and that since they're no longer functioning you'd like them removed. Tell him you're willing to use T gel or cream once they're removed. At your age I think it's acceptable. Get the scrotum removed later, don't request it now.

Nullorchis, I have not posted a lot about me. Its kind of hard for me to talk about myself. I feel my testicles are dead, there is no feeling in them, just the scrotal skin has feeling. Will try to be low key with the urologist but months ago I told him I noticed changes and that I was concerned about cancer, but did not ask for an orchiectomy at that time.

Hash, what you have described is almost exactly how my process is going. I have done 8 injections in each testicle with the 190 everclear. My last T level was 113. I am on androjel now also, will have labs done at the end of the month to see how much its gone up. Hash, I dont feel I should give advice yet but my urologist prescribed a larger dose of jel at first and I got all the problems you described, I told him I didnt like those feelings and he lowered my dose by 50% and things are much better now.
