Well, I've done 15 sets of injections of 190 proof everclear thus far. I'm a little surprised that they have not shrunken much, maybe 20-30% smaller is all. Although I can feel lumps and ridges, I'm not sure if it's time for a doctor visit. Would it be better to go straight to a urologist, or see a general physician first? I'm a little nervous about the visit, not sure what to say or how the dialog will go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

NotNeeded, I am in the same situation. I have done well over 20 injections in each....but not sure when to go to DR or what to say. Please help. I have experienced all of the effects of low T but I want them dead before I go to DR.

Dear NotNeeded & need2bcastr8ed:

If your testicles are dead or dying you'll stop having erections, your testicles will become or are hard, you'll stop thinking about sex all the time, you don't care about masturbating, you'll probably feel more tired. These are all symptoms of being castrated. Please don't be afraid to go to your urologist or regular physician. Female doctors/urologists are often more compassionate and it's actually easier to talk to them about your situation. Just be upfront and just tell the doctor your problem or symptoms: testicles feel smaller, lumpy, sexual dysfunction, low energy, etc. That's all you have to say. The doctor will check your testicles and probably order a few tests. Don't talk too much and you'll be fine! There's usually no evidence of injecting.

With the huge amounts of advertising dollars currently being spent promoting "Low T" diagnoses, it should be relatively easy to present to a doctor complaining of these symptoms: testicular lumps, erectile dysfunction, low energy, depressed mood. That should put them onto the "low T" approach and get you started.

Go to your doctor and ask for a blood check on your T levels, tell him you don't feel as horny as you were a year or so ago and wondered if something might be wrong. With that he will run a test and then you will know where you stand and give nothing away.

Well I dont beleive it I only did 5 injections with 40% vodka but its worked the urologist is concerned enough to get them removed asap he thinks it may be a rare cancer lets just hope its not he also said the infection called epididcl???? that I had over christmas may well of finished them off, I have to say it did hurt enough to have done so, hopefully within the next few weaks I will be a eunuch just as i want and like many others on here.

Im so so happy I could jump for joy all I have to do after is work out how to get rid or make my scrotum shrink and disapear.

I know many are against the injection route but in England it seems to be the only way.

Thanks all

Some day, the medical industry is going to take note of this phenomenon as more unexplained castrations are done and they will try to discover the cause.

It'll be a very long time, unless they start actively searching this site and tribe.com, based on hearing someone mention ethanol injections. I doubt any single urologist is going to see enough patients to notice a trend all on his own. Maybe if enough of them get together at a convention or seminar and start reviewing their recent patient cases, but I doubt it.

I wonder if they can tell post-removal by dissecting and testing the dead tissue? I'm guessing they generally just do a cancer screen, but if a Doctor was curious enough he could have additional testing done.

They look for specific abnormalities or markers or growths that indicate cancer. They aren't doing a CSI or Forensic analysis of shrunken testicles. Of it's not cancer, they aren't looking further.
