If you cannot bring yourself to perform injections of ethanol into your testicles, you cannot kill them. Depo-provera is another drug, but it is also injectable. Spironolactone and Cyproterone Acetate (Androcur/Siterone) are two oral anti-androgens. Spiro is inexpensive, but a weak anti-androgen. Cyproterone costs considerably more, but is extremely effective.
Read more, think more, and don't do anything drastic. If you have more questions, maybe you should start a thread with them, and tell us more about yourself and your desires.

I'm kinda afraid of these injections.
Can I skip this part?
Cause i don't want to faint in front of the doctor. So can I avoid it?

If you take anti-androgens (or taking estrogen or testosterone) for a long time the testicles will atrophy. When the anti-androgens (or taking estrogen or testosterone) are stopped the testicles will not restart making testosterone. There have been reports of this happening in as short time as 6 months but over a year or two is the norm reported. Your mileage will vary!

That's what I experienced. After one and a half years on Siterone, I did alcohol injections for a few months to be sure that it was permanent but I never had a relapse or see any increase in testosterone at any time during the interim.

I found the same as nullorchis. The more injections I did, the less the pain. I also found that if I injected very slowly it helped as well. It also helps to have a high tolerance to pain because I found the first number of injection was just like being kicked in the nuts.

For me, all of the injections were pain-free. Maybe there was a bit of discomfort but no real pain. That's why I said to myself at the time, "That's what I was afraid of for so long?", after the first one. I used topical Anbesol at the point of the injection and didn't feel a thing. Only my last injection was painful and
I was always careful. I only did eleven shots, spaced between 5 and 8 days, which were enough for me.

Did my 4th injection tonight and there was minimal pain, but I did take a couple of norco about an hour before hand and spent the hour waiting for it to kick in icing them up while they were bound in place. The right one had no pain on needle insertion and minimal discomfort while injecting, and the left had a bit of discomfort on insertion, but no pain on injection. I think they are close because lately I've had a lot of fatigue and I've been getting hot flashes.

Hello everyone,
It's been a long time since I seen this forum, thanks to internet connectivity issues. A lot to grow on so far. Well, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and if anyone has questions, feel free to reply.

Hi need2bcastr8ed,
Well, I haven't done any injections since spring. My urologist didn't see anythihg else that he needed to do to me, but thankfully, one of the nurses were nice enough to refer me to another urologist for a second opinion. This urologist is WAY more open-minded and sympathetic than my previous one. At first, he had me get another ultrasound done, which revealed no tumors or anything malignant. Only that the cells in the testicles were "functioning differently". I opted for a testosterone test this past September. My total testosterone was 717 ng/dl! I was a little shocked, but somehow expected it to be high. I asked him if he would consider doing an orchiectomy, since he did consider helping me. He said yes, but I'd have to get a letter from my psychologist stating that I want to transition to female. It took a few weeks before I was finally able to meet my psych, and then I saw my urolgist the next day (Nov.10). The urologist changed his mind about giving me an orchi right off the bat, and instead wait until I've been on HRT for a year. I think he was going by the transsexual standards of care, and believed the 12 months hrt was necessary before any surgery. I don't blame him. However, wrote a script for Spironolactone and Estradiol. YAY! No more waiting. He told me to monitor for signs of high potassium, and I'm getting creatinine T and E levels checked around late January, among a few other tests. Spiro is covered by medicaid but estradiol couldn't be covered because the pharmacy's computer recognized me as the "wrong sex". Anyway, I was still able to easily afford the estradiol out of pocket as it's a generic. And I just got a prescription discount card.

This question goes out to everyone who has successfully had an orchi following EA injections. As they were dieing, did it feel like you had a sun burn all over your body? Right now my skin feels tight and like I have a low grade sun burn everywhere. I know it isn't dehydration because I drink plenty of water and moisturize every night.
