Dark thoughts, depression, even suicidal thoughts are caused when hormone level dip or dive. Often when a man is castrated the plunge in testosterone levels lead to severe depression and it can be deadly. You've got to be prepared for this and get help. It sounds as though you've reached eunuch levels and therefore your body is reacting to the changes. Again, dark thoughts, severe depression, are a consequence of castration. I think and agree with Caith721, you can and should ask that your testicles be removed. Then request testosterone supplementation, I know it sounds strange, but I use

Once in a blue moon I wake with a semi-rigid erection, but no desire to do anything. So be careful and help yourself by asking for testosterone supplementation. Hash, just like Caith, I am a transsexual. I've been on estrogen therapy for just under a year now, and for that same time I've been chemically castrated already. I've been doing the EA injections because I can't afford the high cost of an orchi on private pay, however I can hopefully force the veteran's affairs docs to perform it.

Hi all I hope you are all well I tried to inject both again today but could only do 1ml in to each because of the pain I just hate pain I need to get somthing stronger then Vodka to cut the injections sraight down I have read it takes up to 30 injections with Vodka. Is there anyway I can reduce the pain, as it goes into the sack thats fine but as for the nuts thats a different story, pain killer an hour before are just not enough.

Pain is of course a personal experience. I experienced pain the first few times, then once the alcohol started to do it's destruction, subsequent injections were less and less painful, until eventually not noticeable at all. For starters I injected into the middle of each nut, just 1ml. Then as the discomfort reduced, went to 2ml. Then started to inject into peripheral areas other than the center. Tylenol can help, as can a pack of frozen peas. Like they say, no pain, no gain. But if the pain does not go away after a few days, or after several injections the pain does not start to get less, your situation would be different than mine and you need to evaluate what course of action you should take. Don't let anyone tell you what you should do. Not me, not anyone. I just relate my experience. There are examples of others in this thread who could not stand the pain, either for personal reasons, or maybe they injected incorrectly.

The smaller the gauge of the needle, the less the pain. I don't know what you're using but maybe that's what's causing it.

Thanks they have not shrunk much yet and the needle is small im just a wimp.

Im going to try and get them as cold as pos next time but I cant inject till after the 4th Jan as having a scan and I dont want them swollen the scans very early but my doctor wants me to have it as I keep having hot sweats which I have had for a bit now and I only started injecting 2 months ago so that has nothing to do with it who knows may be they are on their way out on their own with a bit of luck.

I am approaching one year since my first weekly injections I just tried my small hard left testicle and it will not take anymore what so ever. DEAD!! However my right sucked it up like a thirsty puppy. The great employees of my Pharmacy Insurance declined my prescription for "T" so my Dr. had to change my diagnose to gonad apothy (Dead Nut) instead of Low T. Got to love the penny pinchers, I guess I won't have trouble when they finally remove them from my shinking scrotum. Good Luck to all and stick with it, the pain is temporary, however being a Eunuch is forever.

I'm kinda afraid of these injections.

Can I skip this part?

Cause i don't want to faint in front of the doctor. So can I avoid it?
