So i injected my remaining nut with my mixture of cacl. About 1.5ml into the center as im only 5'6 in height and what not i feel its more than ample. I did it right it went off without a hitch and no signs of leakage. But good lord the pain. At first not so bad i thought "psh this is even better than the alcohol injections". Nope. Because after about 2 to 3 hours thats when it hit me. At 13 hours im feeling naesus pain is so so but was much worse a couple of hours ago. I think i wont be returning to Calc just because the pain is much worse than what i can deal with id rather the alcohol injections with little to no problems.

For myself the first injection was the worst! Significantly less painful than the first.

I feel it in my cords and the aching is unbareable. Though 24 hours after injection i have to say not much swelling just alot of tenderness

Compared to my alcohol injections, I did not experience any more discomfort, however, I had much more swelling and I could feel tenderness in rthe cord unlike the alcohol injection.

I am considering two scenario's of how to explain my situation. Just wondered if anybody had any thoughts on both.

1) Wait about 2 or 3 months afterwards. Go to Doctors. Say that I was kicked in the groin in a back yard MMA fight, suffered a lot of pain at the time, had a lot of swelling, pee'd bit of blood etc. But took pain killers thinking it was just bruising and would get better. But things haven't gotten better... and say that they are sore from time to time... leading into hopefully surgical removal. Would this story be plausible and believable especially if there is a track record of turning up at hospital pver the years with various sports fighting injuries?

or

2) Tell them I did it myself after months of careful research about methods risks risk reduction etc. That it could not have been psychosis or drug/alcohol induced moment of madness due to all the careful forethought planning and acquisition of items for the procedure and its aftercare. That it isn't self harm it is actually the opposite, harm reduction and present a sound medical explanation with supporting logic, with some inclusion of human rights in regards to body modification and in regards to transgender medical health care..

Or does anyone else have any suggestions as to what can be said as a plausible explanation as to how the testicles have ended up in whatever state calcium chloride leaves them in

Alright so I have a few extra 22 gauge needles. Is that too large a size?

A bigger needle has more risk that any fluid flow out and damage more then the testicle.

Regarding needle size, 22g is fine. That is pretty standard for steroid injections. As jojo mentions, the flow will be faster. I guess that could cause mistakes, but personally I like the faster flow as it means the whole process is faster.

Regarding excuses to tell the doctor, I personally don't think you need to tell them anything. Just leave it as a mystery. Say you've come in due to worry about lumps you've noticed in your testicles, or come in and say that you're having libido trouble and wondering if your testosterone levels are good. Then let the doctor "discover" the problem. Most doctors will be perplexed by the problem, but very few will suspect it is self-inflicted. Think about it, the average person has no inkling that someone would even think of injecting something caustic into themselves. Now, it is possible to encounter a doctor (most likely in a big, kinky city) that has some idea of this. I ran into this recently after injecting phenol into my penis. The first urologist was so concerned with the ultrasounds that he had a conversation with me saying he'd have to remove everything (I was pretty excited) but then he consulted his senior partner (a renowned urologist called Dr. Karpman in Silicon Valley) who immediately said to me "tell me the truth, what did you inject?" The cool thing was that he didn't give me a hard time about it, but simply wanted to make sure he knew what he was dealing with.

So I'm saying you're either going to find (a) a doctor with no experience that will assume the worst and probably go quickly to amputation, (b) a doctor with experience who may not amputate but still won't get you into any trouble.

Overall, I wouldn't make up any story at all. Just go in for a complaint that leads them to investigate your testicles, and after the ultrasound they will proceed with their own protocol.

Cheers.

Prepping to do this. Any last minute advice? Please don't bring up negative stuff as in pain related etc. Just anything I should check or be aware of?

Already have track record as TG so figured that will signal attention / coincidence. Lots of other indications that I am kind of pyscho behavioral tendancies.. not that I am.. just stuff to make it look that way. So whatever cover story I provide will be scrutinised and not withstand scrutiny for long.
