After a few more months or maybe another year or two, if you don't supplement with testosterone of some form, you won't get any erections. Yes, the body does manufacture testestosterone from the adrenals, but it's insufficient, not enough, and estrogen will rise, not your penis. You should stop having spontaneous erections soon. This is true of all true eunuchs. Eventually, eunuchs stop having erections, their penises shrink to some degree, if you don't watch/restrict your caloric intake, you'll get fat and fat around the hips. It varies from eunuch to eunuch, but it happens to all eunuchs. Also, I no longer have erotic dreams and i don't think about sex at all. It's a very strange reality. From the time of puberty most men can't stop thinking about sex or sexual adventures, but that ends with castration unless you supplement with testosterone. I supplement to a small degree, but I still don't have erotic dreams and I rarely, rarely even think about having sex during the day. This varies from eunuch to eunuch, but it's true for the most part.

I have not had any spontaneous erections for a long time now. At night, I sometimes get semi-erections, usually during the early morning hours, but I think that's the body's way to stop the release of urine while sleeping and they immediately go away after urinating, which I often find more necessary to do earlier now, rather than when I normally would wake, as in the past. These erections are not accompanied by any urge to have sex. The penis does shrink, from my experience, and the inability to dream about sex and even think about it if I were to try to is indeed very strange.

I have injected 5 or 6 times into my right testicle as I am doing them one at a time. The testicle has swelled in the middle and at one end but not at the other ? is that because I need to inject all over and should now concentrate on that area? the testicle is almost numb and hopefully only needs to have a few more injections to finish it off.

My experience was that I was injecting directly into the middle. The top tip and bottom tip remained sensitive. Once I injected into those areas, they died. However I discovered that injecting close to the needle insertion point required a very small dose, about 1cc. Any more than that and the alcohol

when the needle was removed and alcohol outside of the testicle and inside the scrotum was hell fire on earth, very painful, for a long time.

When I injected mine, I was using at first a 22 gage 1 1/4 needle and was able to get in to the center, a time or two I would put it in from the long end of the testicle and as I injected I would start to pull the needle thru the entire length. I dont know if this helped or not, but later on when I ran out of the 22 gage, I went to a 29 gage insulin needle that was only 1 inch long and I would just use random spots and inject.

thank you for your replys. I injected into the area with feeling on tuesday night and the entire testicle is numb. Still alittle swollen it has not decreased in size at all..? I am going to do another injection tonight and probably injected at both ends and in the middle. I will also try the technique that ken_sd has suggested.

I hope it dies soon as I am sick of these things on my body I really want them gone now but fear I may need to inject for alittle while longer.

I didn't realize it has been months since my last post. I have done 6 injection in each testicle with Everclear 190 proof. Got the usual swelling for the first two injections. The left one is dead, about the size of a grape and hard. The right one is smaller in size and hard in the center. I don't think it is completely dead yet. My last T level test was 112, I'm getting there. I will inject the right one a few more times before I see my urologist in Jan. With my T level at 112 my urologist wanted me to try AndroJel for a while. I am trying it, but I get all the bad feelings, agressive, angry, wanting to masterbate all the time, looking at and downloading porn all the time. I didn't have those feeling for over 4 years and I don't like them back. I have stopped taking the jel until I get back to where I feel better mentaly.

I tried rubbing AndroJel on my testicles for three days just to see if it did anything. Unless you want your T levels to skyrocket and feel out of control I wouldn't advise it. It made me feel terrible mentaly, yes it works that fast, in just three days. I didn't notice any physical problems. I didn't like the feeling of something else controling my brain. I love the feeling of the eunuch calm, I can think clearer, I feel at ease with the world and have noticed some of my relatives have noticed a change in the way I act around them. I havn't told anyone what I am doing but people are seeing a difference.

I am getting closer to my goal of wanting castration. For me it is what I want and defenitly need.

At least I'm off the damn cipro which was causing me to only get about 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night, and giving me very dark thoughts. Now they want me to follow up with a urologist and my primary. But at least I know my prostate is healthy... they gave me two identical prostate exams while I was there... Along with another ultrasound and multiple times palpating the effected area...

With a diagnosis of idiopathic orchialgia, you can start requesting they be removed.
