I can not bring myself to do another i have been traumatised too much from the first. i had a very nervous fear of needles going in, i dont mind someone else doing it but i can not do it to myself. this is my only option and it is no go. i only got 1 of the fucks left i want it dead.

It is only DRINKING ALCOHOL that can be used in this way (as people describe in this thread) and it DOES destroy cells. That is dangerous. It will harm your testicles to do such a thing. It is much, much, much safer to talk to a therapist or a doctor and convince them of your intention than to deliberately destroy parts of your anatomy.

I know this. tbh at the time i didnt care i wanted to die so harming myself was no concern.

That's not a good place to be mentally. I hope you got over it and found some help.

I am bewildered by the fact that my testes are still alive after 14 rounds of injections 3 of which were 80 proof vodka,the rest have been 190 proof grain alcohol. they are getting hard to inject.I guess there are hard spots in each of the testes. I have so far found spots that are still soft. My libido is much lower, I have no thoughts of sex. I can still get an erection only if I try and concentrate on it. My erections are not as strong as they used to be and difficult to maintain. In the last two weeks I have had 3 spontaneous erections with out trying . All in inappropriate places(not at Home). This why I am bewildered. Could it be my subconscious mind doing this?

I would like some input. What does everyone else think?

Its has been 11 months for me with injections every 10 days, I am just now getting positive results and I think alot of it has to do with how much you are able to inject, not just the number of injections. I use Everclear 190 proof and I have been able to inject more into my left and I have been able to get best results in that testicle. That is just my personal results. You are close to your goal with what you posted, inject the soft spots and that will destory what live tissue you have remaining. Then you will be hardon free.

I've been injecting 20 times over 1 1/4 year. I still have some spontaneous erections too. You must keep in mind that you'll always have some T in your body, since all of it isn't produced by testes. What's important is that you reach what you searched for. I think you're close to your goal too. Search on this thread for adrenal glands, others described much better than i could their action. ex: post #1061

I did a harmless injection test on my testicles to see how much liquid they could take and to see how much pain or damage is caused just by piercing a testicle with a needle and neutral liquid (0,9% saline solution) injection.

It all depends what place you hit witha needle inside your testicle. If needle goes in relatively easy and painless after initial penetration of skin and tunica albuginea, then you have hit the right place, the needle is right inside seminoferous tubules which have no nerves and contain leydig cells in between tubules - a target. Then you are able to inject quite a large amount of liquid. I was able to inject 8ml before testicle became too firm and I felt pain. (my testicle size is approx 30ml)

Injection castration test made on dogs, I understood that dogs testicles were also injected quite a large amount relative to testicles. Like of 1/3 of the testicle volume.

With other testicle it seemed like I did not hit the right place as it was painful to press needle further and there was noticeable resistance inside the testicle. Also I was able to inject only 3ml before pain grow too much. It leads me to think that it is best to withdraw the needle and try another spot, few millimeters down or up.

To cope with initial pain that is caused by increased pressure, temperature difference and saline environment difference between injected liquid and insides of cells some painkillers taken 1/2 before injection could make it more tolerable.

With alcohol injection swelling must be expected.

I am not sure if injecting 8ml of alcohol is okay or is it too much in humans. There are tests made on dogs only.

First you should have your liver function checked, and DO NOT use any ALCOHOL until you know your liver is OK. During the first stages of liver damage it will stop removing estrogen and you will get breast growth from too much estrogen. Liver problems are not good and can be deadly.

Second saline is not effective unless in very high consternation and could have a non-localized effect, everclear is effective and is localized.
