My experience was with hundreds of injections. While I didn't keep track of individual injections, I was on my third box of 100 syringes by the time my doctor OKed my surgery. For the most part I did 1 1/2 ml injections in each testicle or 3 ml each session. I used just over half a liter of 100 proof vodka during a 8 month period. So lets figure 550 ml of vodka. I never wasted any so any vodka remaining in the syringe after an injection session was always returned to the bottle. So if I divide the 550 ml by 3ml doses, math says there were about 183 injections. It was then that my PCP doctor discovered that my testes were much smaller, very hard and much higher in my scrotum. He sent me to a urologist and after that I started using Everclear for another 2 months. I had near-daily injections then and probably used 20 syringes of the 3rd box or 37 injections of Everclear. That would be about 220 injections in total.

I'm guessing that this was most likely overkill as far as the injections go but once they're destroyed, additional injections won't hurt. And it got to be a habit that I did miss after the testes were removed. I had neither the swelling issues that some have had nor pain/discomfort lasting more than a couple minutes after each injection so maybe my situation was different.

Out of curiosity.... did your injections hurt? I keep hearing that some people (usually those claiming to have castration with few injections) have little to no pain. At first I had mild/moderate pain but after about 10 injections the pain has gotten horrible. I am lucky that I have access to lidocaine and marcaine so I do a block first, but even then after about 30 min the pain is bad. I wonder if it is a genetic thing that some of us have harder nuts to crack then others!!

The sensations of individual injections were varied. During the initial stage, most of the time I could do the injection with only moderate discomfort while at others the pain was intense enough that I would stop the injection after maybe only 0.1 ml or less. While my wife is a nurse and would have done the injections, I wanted to control it and stop when it was intolerable. But the discomfort became less as the injections proceeded and it only took a month or so before my testes became totally numb and the only discomfort was the needle poking a hole in the outer skin.

I'm guessing that the intolerable injections were when I tried to inject near a nerve. Obviously there are plenty of pain sensors in the balls so this is not surprising. But I would come back the next day and try to inject in pretty much the same area and have no problem so my thought is that the painful attempt had to be right on a nerve or nerve ending.

I did injections till I could no longer get anything to stay in the testicles because they had become so hard. I think it was about 35 injections of between 1.5 and 3 cc. I have not had the nerve to mention them to my doctor but they are toast. It worked for me and I don't regret doing it a bit. Now I just need to get them removed.

Hi.

I just did my first injection: 0.5 mL of 180 proof (90°) ethyl alcohol in my right testicle.

The pain was moderate and I had to do it very slowly. I could feel a warm and burning sensation after each 0.05 mL injected. Now the pain has gone.

I hope my testicle is beginning to be damaged.

Just a reminder - if you wouldn't DRINK it, DON'T inject it.

Only the "edible" (ok, drinkable) kind is relatively safe for this practice, even tho we still don't recommend it.

Yes, I know.

I use pure medical grade ethyl alcohol (ethanol), 90% (180 proof), sterile syringes and 26G 5/8" needles.

Today I injected for the first time in my left testicle 1.1 mL. It took nearly 2 hours

because I fear intense pain. So it took me a long time to pierce the testicle membrane and then to inject very slowly.

Each time I injected like a drop of alcohol I had moderate to nearly intense pain inside the testicle for a few seconds, then a warm and numb sensation.

Now I have no pain nor swelling.

I did my 2nd injection into my right testicle (1 mL).

It was a little different than the first time. Instead of feeling immediate pain into the testicle for a few seconds each time I pushed the plunger a little, the pain was more diffuse and not immediate, and along the nerves too, and sometimes more intense, like if I had been kicked in the balls. A slight pain remains, like if I had banded my balls for a few minutes, but it's almost gone.

For those who have successfully done it, what were the first signs that made you think it worked, and did they happen suddenly or over a long period of time? (like no more erections, hot flashes, physical changes...)

Is the pain more tolerable if you start out with lower proof alcohol that just jumping in with 190 proof?

Hy Wannaba, i mean the demanging effect will support slowly and so also your testo-level and so also erection, lust for jerking off aso...

with each injection you can demage only a little region of your egg, for 100 % destroying it will need to place the alc-injection in all areas and edges of your eggs...
