I've been injecting 190 proof. Done three injections so far. Last one done almost two weeks ago.
The right testicle seems to have a hard section running down the center of it while the outside is still soft. Almost feels like a hard tube in the middle of the testicle. The left one has one section of it that is hard. Both testicles have hard lumps on the outside where the injections occurred.
How do you know when they're both done?
You state they have hard lumps, the Ultrasound will show them, and the Dr. will be worried at this time. this is what happened to me.

Hi all I have had a appointment for an ultrasound on 4th Jan this is because I went to see my doctor about sweats and said I had some mild pain in the nuts to start to put an idea in his head for the future however its all gone a bit to fast I have injected 40% vodka twice in 5 days into both balls I may if i'm lucky get another 2 in before the scan alowing for the swelling to go down, as I have said before 40% is the most we can get in the UK is there anything else I can do before the scan? Is it just a case of have this scan nothing shows then go back in 6 months and complain again.

thismyname, in answer to your question: How do you know when they're both done?
You know that they're "done" when they're small and hard. You know they're done when you can no longer get an erection no matter how hard you try, but then you don't really want to try because you no longer have the desire to try and you don't care about having an orgasm. You know they're "done" because you have no desire for sex, no thoughts about it, and no reason in your mind to engage in it. You know they're "done" when you no longer wake up with morning wood. You know they're done because your body is changing. You're breasts are tender and growing and your penis is shrinking. You know they're "done" because you've started to think differently about life in general, you're no longer driven by your testicles to spend time looking at porn or looking at people as sexual objects of your desire. When they're done, your doctor or urologist will tell you that they're no longer producing testosterone and that you're effectively castrated, a eunuch. When you can say hey, "I'm a eunuch" and you're happy about it, then you've achieved your goal."

In addition to Hash's observations, I would add you'll know when your wife no longer feels obligated to have sex with you because she knows that you don't need it, that she can say no to you on those rare occasions you might ask for it in bed and that her rejection won't bother you and that you'll immediately forget that you had suggested it to her and will fall asleep.

Hi all sorry me again I have read lots on her but my question is after about 4 days my nuts are swollen and a bit tender to touch but not to bad and not painfull by if left alone is this to soon to reinject. As i'm sure you have read I only have vodka and I do need to get some damage done over the next 20 days before a scan I know theres no chance of great much damage but just enough to see so they will arange another at a latter date or send of somewhere to see someone.

An update from my Doctor appt today, The Dr. a female middle eastern was concerned that the left testicle had shunk to a size of a small grape and it was hard and tender. she discovered lumps on the right one and wants to monitor it. She noticed my Testostrone level was quite low for my age so she prescribed me T and injected a large amount to help me recover from the lose of energy even thou the Vitamin B has helped. I then asked her the majic words, "What can I expect if the right starts to shrink?" That is when she stated if the testicles causes me any discomfort, which they will during the dying phase, she will schedule the surgury to remove them from my body. I was smiling huge inside even while I shed a tear when she said the words "remove them". She was quick to comfort me. I came straight home and injected the right to speed up the process. SOONTOBE thats me!!!!!

Nice to hear from you about your experiences with doctors. I haven't had the courage to go myself till now, not knowing how to expose my problem. I suffer from a lack of energy myself, even with B vitamins. I wake up as tired as when I went to sleep. With exception to that, I feel fine, and all I searched is accomplished. It took me more than a year of injections to get rid of my too high T level.
It's great to see you're on the right lane to achieve your goal.
Hope i'll find the right words when it'll be my turn.

One thing Ive been dealing with the past couple weeks is bad night sweats.
