There is a statewide drought not only in the state of California but large parts of the western USA.
It is not severe but extraordinary on the drought rating scale.
I'll believe it when they adapt building codes which are at a fifties level of technology in water management.
As new neighborhoods are planned, better systems could be installed to recycle gray water for example.
But, of course, they never, ever reflect the costs of such things on the construction industry.
Build we must, regardless.
Nope. There is no drought worth considering until the building industry is required to conserve too.

Did that hurricane responsible for those huge waves deliver some ugh, humidity ?
The sun is hot, but does not have that burny effect. The air is thick with unnatural humidity.
Not a very comfy day, unless you compare it living next to a volcano.
