Proof and percentage can be confusing. In the US we use both percent and proof. Both are a statement of the amount of alcohol volumn. 100 percent alcohol is exactly the same as 200 proof (both are damn near impossible to achieve). So, 80-proof alcohol in the US is exactly 40%. Note the UK used to use proof until as a measure of volumn, but 100% alcohol was 175-proof. There is no such thing as 80 percent proof vodka. It is either 80 proof (40%) or 80%, not both.

Just did my first bilateral injection of 151 proof (75.5% ABV) everclear tonight, and the initial pain was much worse than the 80 proof vodka, but the initial kick in the groin went away about as quickly. I ended up getting a 200ml bottle for $6 because I know I will not need anywhere near that volume. Here's to around 2 months or so before I go and talk to the docs...

There were some stabbing pains like repeated needle sticks for a couple of hours after the initial injections, however, 1000mg acetaminophen showed them who was boss. Before the acetaminophen annihilated the pain it DID feel like the injections were working (NOT saying they are dead already, but more of a feeling that serious and irreversible damage was happening. Kind of like if you've ever had a kidney stone, you know when it's building up to pass).

P.S. Does anyone know if there is an acceleration or deceleration that happens if you raise the temperature of the testes immediately following the EA injections? Being TS, I tuck them away unless I am using the toilet, showering, or engaging in "other" activities so I want to know if that is detrimental to my goal of destruction through EA injections, or if it might actually accelerate the process.

after 40 hours my first injection experiment no pain, nothing remains. All clear. So i decided to do another experiment. To see how much liquid testicles can take. It depends on the size of testicles. the bigger they are the more they are able to take. Also it is important what exact point insde your testicle is going to receive liquids. If it is wrong place you will feel pain very fast. And it is better then to try another spot.

So, to be short I was able to inject 8ml into one testicle and 7ml into other. Quite a lot. teticles became firm at the end of injection and I didn't dare to press in full 10ml. In order to take that much it is better not to tie balls tight. being tight helps only to pierce through. I held teticle firmly in one hand while pressing needle into testicle with other. As desirable spot was reached I loosened the grip allowing saline solution to flow in.

what was intersting that during injection I didn't feel much pain, only felt how testicle got firmer. Then suddenly very strong pain hit like I was kicked into balls. I think that it is wise to warm your syringes with liquids to body temperature to avoid some pain. Initial pain was very strong. Not off scale but very close to limits. And after some 10minutes pain faded almost completely. Firmness faded too. Some of it.

With saline you won't notice much of a difference with warmer liquid vs cold liquid, or at least I never have. In my semi trained experience, and feel free to correct me if you have more medical training, it is the saline component altering the current levels of the body that creates that sensation.

I never considered temp during my injections. But it does seem like if they were cold, they'd retain the alcohol longer since the blood vessels would be constricted by the cold. But that's an uneducated guess.

Well here we are, almost a year since I started injections, everything is healing well from my surgery, the scar tissue doesn't seem pronounced at all just a couple lines. Overall I feel great! No more taking that !#$^% spiro which had me peeing day in and day out, no more having to inject alcohol that I'd never drink in a million years because it's just too harsh. No more maddening testosterone to drive me batty, and best of all, my self image has improved with them gone. Thank you to everybody that supported me through last year, you've all made my life much more tolerable from here out

This will take ages is there anything stronger out there in the UK or is there anyway of getting any of the good suff shipped form the US asap?

Have you checked the medical or veterinarian suppliers? Just remember if has to be drinkable.
