In dogs chlorhexidine was tested to achieve sterilisation. Single shot of 5% solution into each testicle was enough. Also obvious drop of libido and testosterone levels was monitored. I am not surprised - chlorhexidine is an antiseptic, that works by destroying/disrupting (do not remember exactly) cell membranes on bacteria.

But the document you show, shows only sterilization effects, without significantly dropping testosterone levels in long run (at least from graphic 1, see at the end of 60 days).

Or may be I am misreading it?

It is mentioned in document that libido of dogs was decreased. And explanation why testosterone levels dropped was also there. From the graphic it seems like T levels didn't drop too drastically and were recovering. But the aim was just to sterilise and injection was not made to kill testicle tissue as I understand.

The point is that T-reduction was a side effect. And this substance seem to be much more effective than alcohol.

The question is: "Where do we find it in needed concentration?"

I can only find a 0.05% solution, nothing more concentrated. And the article claims, that 5% solution was used.

In that same wiki article, if you look at the hibiclens label, you can see it has 4% concentration. It could be useful to go to veterinary supply apothekas too, as it is used for animal skin infections.

Hi all me again I posted about my first injection of 1ml in to my rirght nut a few hours ago but there is so much to read so how much 80% vodka should I use and how often also just one at a time or both? I have also read that it is best to inject on the edge and not in the center is this also true?

The Leydig cells are in the center region of the testicle, if I'm not misinformed.

I used 80 proof vodka and it took about 35 injections of 1.5 to 2 ml. into each testicle about a week apart. I would wait till the swelling went down and do it again.

Hi I had a little pain in the night but no swelling in fact my right nut lifted up about 1cm higher and felt a little smaller but all back to normal today so I drew up 1.5ml and did the left one today so now both have had a shot I have to say as for the one to day I just drew it up and didnt hesitate to pop it in after plucking up the nerve to stat yesturday with the right nut to day was so easy I dont know why I was so scared in fact It gave me a real buzz.

You should think long and hard before going any father if you still want to get get hard and use it. The only way that will happen is on T replacement and most likely Viagra. If you do in your testicles you won't even think about having sex let alone want to do it unless you use Testosterone.

Of my injection test 22h have passed. Strong pain subsided pretty fast. After 2 hours it was unnoticeable at times. Now only if I think about it, I can feel very slight dull pain in testicle. I think it will take about a week to feel normal again. But generally there was no swelling or any other side effects.

I wonder how much liquid substance testicle could accommodate without problems. In that test, dogs 6-7ml testicles were injected with 3ml solution, quite a lot. So human testicle of 25ml could take some 10ml? Who knows...

while treating testicles with alcohol, towards the end of the treatment they are able to take less alcohol without too much pain. It is a clear indication that insides of testicles have atrophied due to infarction of seminoferous tubules, there is just not much space left for injection.

Leydig cell are located between seminoferous tubules, thus aiming the center would cause too much pain trying to kill leydig cells located close to tunica albuginea.
