That's just it, I'd be the same person, but she'd miss what I had taken away, even though she rarely takes advantage of it. If it's such a huge thing to her for me to have a penis, why doesn't she use it more?
Sounds similar to my situation. My wife has not used my penis for over 2 years but would never agree to me getting it removed unless it was a medical necessity. I would be first to say remove the whole thing and relocate my urethra if there was a medical reason for it.

Hello!

I´m looking for more informations about vaginoplasty-surgery without castration/orchiectomy.

I´ve read something about replacing the testicles inside the abdomen at http://www.annelawrence.com/

but that´s not really satisfying. Does anybody know surgeons, who writes about this?

Thanks for your help

I have wanted and longed for this for many years and felt like I was alone in my desire to have my penis and testicles removed and replaced with a vagina and yet still remain a man. I am overjoyed to have found this site and this topic and to know that there are others out there who feel just as I do!

About chemical or surgical castration and at least penectomy are enough discussions on this board. How the body reacts at least on lower testosterone rare. Penectomy results in asexuel.

Penectomy wiith creating a vagina without cavity but creating a clitoris could keep chances for orgasm. So there would be the chances becomes a nearer women when you decide start estrogene.

I´m very interested in vaginoplasty only. I don´t intereseted in just loss my penis, It would make no sense for me have just a stump. I want have a vagina that replace the unwanted member. however I´ve read that making the hole one has to use a dilator frequently. I donpt identifiy mysekf as a nullo/castrated but a trans women so I need my genitals modified and vaginoplasty look s"Safer" than total SRS.

This is a fascinating thread. It brings up many questions. What actually makes someone male or female. If you are a guy with a vagina, are you still a guy? Or are you are masculine female? I have a good friend that is a very attractive woman, lives 24/7 as a female but hasn't had SRS yet, so since she still has a penis and testicles is she still a male? It makes for interesting conversation.

Yes, we seem to be in that fascinating area of sex, gender and dysphoric feelings about whatever the plumbing happens to look like now. The connection (if any) between the three seems little at times.

I have no scrotum or testicles and often find the idea of nullification attractive, but have no wish for a vagina. Maybe, just, something like labia with the reroute might be interesting, but it would be more uncomfortable surgery for a purely cosmetic result with no functional use. So, good for you if you want it, but right now, no for me.

Just chiming in to say that this has always been my dream as well, though recently I have considered nullification as a more realistic alternative. Strongly considering pretending to be a transgender woman to get approved for the surgery.

Hi. Definately worth it. I had mine done about 18 months ago. Still living life as a guy just with a vagina. Only people who know is my boyfriend and my doc who prescribes my testosterone shots. I am so much happier not having junk between my legs and sex is so much better as i am now custom built to be on the receiving end.

Awesome, I am just wondering if you had to pretend to be transgender in order to get approved? And take estrogen?
