For my part, I never had difficulties with injections before my testes became hard (after it was nearly impossible). Pain was localized in my belly, not longer than 2 - 3 hours.

I can say I'm lucky. As this thread becomes very dense, it's good to read the advices and experiences of all of you.

For my part, I'm done with injections. I now undergo hot flashes sometime, but nothing unbearable, and my energy came back with vitamins

Exactly my experience. I am fully a eunuch now. I actually was a sensuous transition for me. Very hot knowing each injection by my castrator was taking my manhood. Really a major sex act for both of us.

I am not having it removed at this time. Thats cosmetic and I dont want to press the Dr at this time, he is almost hesitant to do this surgery for me now. I have a slight problem with my creatinine levels, I'm a bit high, normal is a 1.2 mine is a 1.7 right now. I'm doing everything I can to reduce it, drinking lot and lots of water, and cut all red meat and poultry out. Basically Im going to be vegetarian for the next 2 weeks so that those levels either stabilize or reduce. Later on I may go to a cosmetic surgeon to have it removed but that will be out of pocket expense. Only time will tell for that one.

I am also using Depo Provera for the last six months, testicle has shrunk, With that said, what size syringe works the best, I do have a bottle of ever clear, Plus does one start in the middle, or do you start at the end of the testicle, and work to the middle. A friend of mine had an orchiectomy due to prostate cancer. About a year later insurance paid for the removal of the scrotum. It was deemed uncomfortable. His urologist refered him to a plastic surgeon.

Worth a try.

29g worked best for me, half an inch long. 25g was too painful. 30 or 31g would probably be better than 29g but i couldn't find it at the right length (0.5").

An update on my creatinine levels, for the past week I have been consuming more than 80oz of water a day, I cut out all the protein from animal products, also a few different kidney cleansing herbs, and the Dr reduced my BP medication, I got my level from the original 1.4 that rose to a 1.7 with the max normal being 1.2 down to a 1.3. so the Urologist should be happy with that. I go to see him on the 10th for the surgical consultation. Surgery on the 20th.

I am curious as to what length needles to use.

I have in my possession 30g 1cc 5/16" needles and I fear they are too short. The longest 30g needles I can find are 1/2". From what I read here you dont want to inject too close to the wall as that will cause problems. So whats a good length?

Unless you have Bull Testicles, 1/2 long needles should be just fine, if you press the testicle to the side of the sack and inject the testicle from the side. Yes I think 5/16 inch long needle is a little to short.

Note by pressing the testicle to the side and pulling the skin smooth makes the injection less painful and easier with more control.
