I did a little too much too fast. If I had it to do over again I would do .5cc two weeks apart for two times, then increase it by .1cc each time and wait a week to ten days between injections. 1.5 to 2.0 cc was easy to inject after awhile because I was not experiencing any after effect pain by then. Towards the end I got up to 3.0cc, which was probably unnecessary. Taking it slow and low dose was hard to do because as they started to die and there was little to no pain I got anxious and started to inject more than was needed, too rapidly. But, that was then, this is now, it worked, but I could have had a more pleasurable experience by taking it slower. It was hard to take it slow and easy when I started to see actual results. And for sure, it did work. But don't expect them to disappear. They just shrink, get hard and numb. I still have a few external areas surrounding the outside of one testicle that is a little tender, but the testicle itself is rock hard dead and numb. The other one is completely totally numb to the world inside and outside, as if it were artificial. Strange, and pleasant feeling.

There is an addiction to the injections that makes you want to decrease the timing between the shots once you get over the fear of doing the first one. You tell yourself that you're ready for the next shot when in reality you should have waited a few more days. For me, it was a pleasant feeling too knowing that the alcohol was working, especially when I switched to 190 proof Everclear. That's when I began to notice almost an immediate change. The injections create an exciting, euphoric feeling when doing them and afterwards, when you feel the alcohol doing its job and knowing that you are on an irreversible path to being castrated. Like, nullochis, I'm still a little tender after a year since my last injection if I touch my testicle in some places.

I'm glad to hear that taking it slow is the way to go. I think I'll try and wait an extra few days before the next injections, and only load up .5 so I don't get carried away. It's quite odd how euphoric it is to do that first injection, I think it may just be that I know there is an end in sight. I was planning on doing the injections weekly, but I think I'll wait at least 10 days between. The pain from the first round was only bad for a few hours, then after putting on some very supportive underwear I was able to go about my day normally (with and extra bit of blissfulness), even got out to do some yard work. Things are still a little tender, mostly just the epididymis though.

testicle. However,it went so well I did both.

I used a 25g needle that was 1 1/2 inches long. I only injected a little more than 5cc in each.

The right testicle no pain,or ache. The left one ached a little, nothing more than that. So far all is well. No swelling at this point.

How long should I wait to do another injection? A few days,or a week?

I really think that you should read through the topic here to learn about others' experiences to make an informed decision on your own. There are risks involved and the results are permanent.

Wow, 5cc is a lot! I plan on waiting at least a week between injections.

It's now exactly one year ago I did my first injection. I started with 80 proof to upgrade to 180proof. I decided to take my time, so I didn't injected regularly. My left testicle is now dead, as described by nullorchis. The right one is nearly done. I did the last shot of 1,5cc yesterday. May be one more in a while.

As my testes now tend to lift in my groin, I know why one wants to remove scrotum. Strange feeling, it becomes useless and becomes "annoying", rubbing unpleasantly.

As said a thousand times on this thread, alcohol injections are a non reversible process, so take some time to be sure it's what you want.

My attempts with clamping didn't lead to anything effective. It leads to much pain and nearly nothing else.

I have read this thread and it seems to offer me a perfect solution.

I have always had seen being a teen a ruptured distended ball. Not that long ago I went to an urologist about it, he tested it and pronounced it benign, he could reduce its size, probably, by removing some liquid. Stupidly I did not ask what was really on my mind. Could he remove it completely.

Elsewhere you will soon see that I am attempting to use Androcur. I assume that I will get a temporary reduction in the size of my Gonads through that. I would not like them to go completely as yet, until I see a prolonged period of having low testosterone. However the other one is small and easily retracts into my, where I am happy with it. The big one gives me dull pain, is always in the way, a real problem cycling and gets between us when we cuddle!

Is my plan to reduce the size of one with alcohol and leave the other OK? what will it do to my hormone levels? If you partially treat a gonad what would happen, would it just produce a lower level of hormone or would it cause problems? If when you reduce a testicle to a hard nut what happens if you leave it in?

Can those with experience enlighten me

Giving your self injections in your testicles of Alcohol will 1) make you infertile, 2) over time Hypogonadism develops along with atrophy of testicles and penis (atrophy of the penis greatly varies person to person).
