Yup. It's a blizzard here in Morris County, New Jersey, the Center of Western Civilization. Our first in years. I wasn't able to go out today. Unusual cold turning rain into snow. This might be a hard winter.

May all that is GOOD and HOLY forgive me,

I so enjoy this

http://news.yahoo.com/nphotos/East-Coas ... 10eastsnow

Less then ten homes in Laguna Beach gets more attention then hundreds of thousands stuck at home.

And maybe without TV or Internet,

<the horror>

Here in, Eden, Southern Coastal California, the Loquat and Avacado are flowering, lemons are ripening, Fuji apple does not know what to do, cherry, fig, apricot and pomegranates finally sleeping. I give away lettuce from my garden.

The Leechee tree I threatened with substitution for a white peach has iddy-bibby fruits after two years of shock.

Moi

Blessed in Califo-nia,

Visit but do not stay.

Draw bridge mentality.

Ex-Califo-nians should be treated like Ex-Muslims upon return! Eh, River? 😄

Bob3's building is without heat.

Any takers for Joisey, the center of some or another civilization.

It is in the high forties outside but, it makes me feel so cold thinking about no heat.

I'm gonna turn my heat on.

Moi

I feel your pain Bob3 but, not your cold.

Moi, not only did the news not say anything about Laguna Beach it did not say anything about California, tonight it was all about the east coast. Remember I live in the mid west and nothing I mean NOTHING was said about anything on the west coast, nada, you get it because you live there, the rest of us could care less, its just not news anywhere but on the west coast. The rest of the country lives in a much bigger world they you guys in and around tinsel town.

It looks like you are getting our snow so far this winter.

Mac, your right, for us to get 24 inches of snow at a time is a bit inconvenient, for the east coast they shut the place down for a couple days, can you imagine what would happen if this would have hit So. Cal? 😄

I can see it now,

They get a little rain and the world stops but what if it snowed?

Call out the Army, National Guard, OMG, look at the damage to all the golf courses, and swimming pools frozen over, the surfing been canceled, "Oh the humanities of it all".

On another more important note,

BOB let us know when you have heat again.

And if you are using an electric blanket to stay warm in a cold apartment, don't let it burn you. A friend of mine just went through skin grafts for a heating blanket burn.

Today I agree with River

River 🤗 Moi

River 🤮

Sorry River

All that news and barely a mention of Califo-nia.

The Blizzard Folk are scooping all the stories.

😄

But they did get Laguna Canyon Rd (133) open although the road to Running Springs / Big Bear is washed out. Two lanes washed down the mountain.

Anyone who misses news regarding Southern Califo-nia is welcome to PM Moi.

Moi

Does Bob3 have heat?

Does Bob3 have internet?

<the suspense> <the suspense> :-\
