I used CaCl about one and a half week ago. It can take a few weeks to have the fulleffect.

hi, I'm busy doing ethanol injections at the moment (two are done) and think about changing to CaCl. I went through parts of this already very long thread found out a lot of interesting stuff and still have some questions: How much CaCl is recommended for each ball. Is it necessary to mix it with ethanol and most important how have others coped with the obvious intense pain occuring. Looking forward to read from you

depending the size of your testicles 1-3ml, but for me 3ml is too much so I´d stick to 1-2ml 30%

I am not sure If It makes some difference, but I would prefer mix ethanol to reduce the chances of get some infection also the the strongest vodka you find the most permanent effect you get

40% is extremely painful, multiple injections are also really really painful, less than a month between injections increse too much the pain. get supplied with strong painkillers, but also get ready for a visit to your doctor or the E.R. in the baddest case, don´t be scared but something the pain peaks too much that makes you feel impelled to seek for medical relief.

The pain varies among individuals, but It´s better you get ready. I found that I could cope with the pain using 30% 1ml each and let my testicles rest for more than a month.

BTW I just remembered walking helped a bit the first day, the same thing that made it worse the day after. Stroking my penis helped releasing the pain for a while too, on a short-term level, of course.

Amount depends a lot on testicle size mine were not large used 1.5ml each to start with. It was 1/3 everclear then smaller amounts on subsequent injections. Be careful and distribute it around in the testicle for best results and to prevent bursting or leakage! Make sure you are sure of what you want as it is permanent if done right. I learned also stay small with the needle gage as the smaller needles worked better for me 25ga diabetic needles.

Give things really about a month to start having things start to level out. But then the changes will slowly still keep changing. After 2.5 years there are some changes still like breast growth etc. I think it is different though for everyone. Patience is key to allow things to happen as when stuff happens to quickly it is harder to deal with I think.
