Wow... I am happy that I have strong painkillers, because even with those pills taken, I have quite a bit of pain. First night I hardly slept. Second night went better. But the constant pain of around 6/10 is tiering. I can t touch the testicle without getting more pain. I think the testicle grew to more ten four times its original size. The swelling stabilised and maybe it is becoming a bit lessen big. If I can touch it tomorrow I will explore it more.
Hope the injection worked, cause I am not sure If I can handle a second dose.

Watch because if you put too much for the testicle and burst it then it could eat through the scrotum. This happened to my right one and by the time of the ultrasound it couldn't be identified as a testicle at all and I went into septic shock. The. Damage to the scrotum was very hard to get healed up because the affected skin died resulting in a large hole that you could see into the scrotum for some time. So don't let it go to long like I did (3 weeks) and almost died. The left one did fine and with some follow up injections was finished off by being very careful and distributing around within the testicle. On follow up injections I was very specific on where I injected to target parts still viable only!
Thanx Sparkey, I will be carefull. I think al the cacl stayed in the testicle fortunately. Just had my thitd night and had absolutely no pain. Slept well. But wenn I started to move a bit of pain returned. The size of the testicle is starting to mormalize. It is now about three times its original size. Am able to touch it carefully allthough it still hurts ten. Will take a warm shower to relax and then try to get through the day without painkillers.
Haven't experienced the effects of castration yet. Still get erections and no Hot flashes. I know I have to be patiënt with cacl...
Oh, by the way... I found the injection was interesting. It didn't hurt at all to put the needle in. And I hardly had to push to get all the liquid in the testicle. It was almost like it sucked the NaCl in instead of pushing the plunger. Had to concentrate hard to go real slow injecting it. Initially there was no pain. That came about an hour or less later.
I was thinking: I had an orchidopexy about two years ago, so they sewed my ball into the scrotum. The extra pain I now have is maybe from the tension now the ball has swelled up so much. What do you think? Any more guys here who had such a surgery before injecting NaCl or alcohol?
It is still at least three times as big as my testicle originally was. When is it likely to see it starts shrinking?
I feel a bit more in my side (probably the cords) then yesterday but I think it is because I try not to take any more painkillers.
Tomorrow I have to go to work again. Mostly behind a desk, so I hope it will give the testicle a bit more rest so it can finally shrink a bit...

Oh don´t be in a hurry, that stuff works. After 4 cacl2injections my last T test was 0 ng/ml and I was referred to an urologist,because my GP thinks that a removal is a posiibilty. I have now zero libido, very weak , ocassional and less and less morning woods. I found that the pain is greater when did not let them rest enough time (do not inject nothing in less than one month) the subsequents injections were more painful specially the 3d one as I almost went to the E.R. I always experienced the pain focused in the epydidimus.
Why did you inject 4 times, Freddy? With CaCl mostly one or two injections would be sufficiënt, or not? Hope so... cause I am not sure If I have enough strong painkillers to get more then two injections. Even a second injection will be a challenge if it is neceserry. Fortunately I only have to do one testicle.

I did 4 in my impatience but probably I had needed just 2. As far as I know you need to wait 2-3 months to see results and repeat one more time just If necessary.
I did the first then a while later I did another one (I don't remember exactly how long but a number of months I would have to go back on the posts to see exactly when) distributed around and it pretty much finished it off. Then later I have done a little in areas that had not totally atrophied. I am talking only a very little and specifically targeted as I wanted it to go away as I love where the one was removed. I have pretty well achieved that now you really have to search to find any remains. One good thing of the surgery beyond removal of the right testicle was the damaged skin of the scrotum that had died and time have also left me with almost no scrotum left and no need for removal. I did start some TRT about a month ago even though I had not planned to but some things can change in 2.5 years so I learned to never say never. I do not regret getting rid of them though I love not having them or hardly any scrotum!
