Hi everyone,

I thought I'd just write down some body changes that I've observed, share my experiences. I know I can't be 100% sure that this is related to low T from the injections, but these minor changes definitely speak louder than doubt.

Physical:

Smoother skin

Slight decrease in muscle tone and firmness

Loss of muscle strength

Muscle soreness from activity that used to not make me sore (I don't weight-lift)

A noticeable upper-body muscle weakness, seemingly perpetual

Loss of stamina when exercising

Psychological:

Increase in an overall mellow, serene mood, especially on sunny days

Getting very teary or emotional over stuff that wouldn't concern me much before

Misfortune or tragedy seems to tug at my heart a lot more, however the calm feelings eases the pain

Insomnia and even akathisia at night

Potential Concerns:

Joint pain in a few places, particularly places that where hurting over a year ago

Knees pop while bike-riding unless I position my legs just right

Blood pressure around 102/60 and dizziness/faint feeling upon standing

I thought the smoother skin was just in my head, but so far, it seems to be a reality, thankfully. These symptoms seem to point to low testosterone at first, but it could possibly be Adrenal Fatigue. Won't know until I get another blood test for testosterone. I'll just cross that bridge when it comes.

P.S. My urologist wants me to see him in early September now for the ultrasound examination. I called the hospital yesterday and asked the nurses to leave my primary care doctor a message about my alcohol testicle injections. They plan on calling me back if the doctor needs to get in touch with me. I did NOT tell my urologist though.

Has anyone noticed the lack of dreams while you sleep?? I don't think I have had a dream since my 10th injection!! I do wake with morning wood once in a while but I kinda like that it still works LOL. I have reached a point of being a "dead ball carrier" I am sure my T level has dropped since my last blood work due to the calmness, softness, and emotionally level changes. Life is good!!!

The only dreams that I no longer have are erotic ones, not even if I try try to have them. They've been impossible to have, ever since starting siterone and then going on to the injections. A year later, and I still don't get any.

Everclear worked as described above. Probably fully castrated after 6 injections, but we went for 3 more to make sure. Orgasm's and erections are virtually gone. Viagra can produce an erection sometimes. I like the full eunuch experience. An erection once in a while is an interesting experience. Thanks for maintaining this thread. It has helped me a lot. How do you deal with the pain of poking the scrotum skin/testicle? It always hurts like hell and I have a 25g needle. I can't seem to ever pierce through because the pain/pressure gets pretty intense and it never penetrates the skin. Any Help? I tried benzocaine cream but it didnt do much

Would a 29g needle be better for me?

Years ago when I was cutting my scrotum, before my castration, I'd use toothache jel to numb the skin.

Smaller needles helped me quite a bit, I went from 25 to 29 and it made a world of difference, also make sure you're not poking near a vein, those areas seemed to be more painful, lastly, when using a numbing agent, be sure that you are giving it time to soak in, when I first started my injections, I used anbesol, half a bottle of the stuff and let it soak in for about 30 mins before it would numb anything, but like I said to begin with, smaller needles did the trick.

Thanks, I'll pick up 29g needles from the pharmacy instead of these 25g ones, and I'll try benzocaine to numb the area, hopefully 29g on its own will be good though..

I have no idea how people on here use 20 or 22g. I used 22g for IM injections in my thighs before and even that hurt going in..
