Then it is easy to measure their lenght and width with vernier caliper and then use ellipsoid volume calculator to calculate volume. It is not precise regarding true testicular volume, but it is precise enough to register small volume change in testicular size.

You can usually push the epididymis aside if you're using calipers, but it's hard to exclude this volume from a water displacement measure. At this point I have no sex drive and a calm mental state so I assume that T is very low. My last test was 125 ng/dl about 5 months ago and I'm due for another test in December, so T levels are now what I've come to rely on.

yes, Epidymis is included in measured volume. It would be hard to measure live testicles without.
Overflow method would be too imprecise.

It is interesting that libido was switched on very quickly. Like in only few days there was very little libido, and then there was substantial libido. Either T levels suddenly increased, or after passing some T level treshhold libido switched on. I tend to believe that treshhold is more correct for libido switch on. Sex drive is still slowly increasing. Now whenever I wake up at nights or mornings, almost every time I have erection. Watching porn makes me hard. Being horny and not able to have a relief feels like suffering. Also I feel sharp pain in my testicles time to time. Feels like I was hit in the nuts and then it goes away after 5 minutes. Probably it is because of their reactivation. Their size is increasing. Semen volume has increased a lot and about a week ago it started to look like normal sticky semen. But I still can not shoot and the volume is rather small. Until that time it was very watery substance. Probably due to frequent erections my penis does not look like a very small boy penis soaked in cold water.
I haven't had an hot flashes or cold shivers for a while. like for 2 weeks or so. My body temperature regulation seem to be much better. Instead I am sweating too much. Also I have even more energy than before. Work seems so easy to complete. When castrated I tried to complete one step at a time and only after that I was able to think what can be done next for a job to complete. Now I can easily see many steps ahead and I complete them with ease, without a need to rest in between.
But I get angry more easily too. That I noticed yesturday. Some stuff seem to irritate me more than before.
I wonder if there will be any more changes to report.
There was one period during recovery when I felt like I was open to new fetishes or even to some degree of change in gay-stright axis. As old sexual behaviour/short cuts was forgotten or unlearned but there was already a libido that needed some kind of satisfaction, somehow.
It is interesting to go through puberty once more.

I experienced a sharp increase in libido after stopping Androcur, so I can relate to your experience. All of a sudden I noticed how bouncy an attractive young woman's breasts were in a way that was all too familiar and unwanted. Went back on Androcur as soon as I could.

There are still subtle changes go on. Time to time I feel horny for a very long periods. Like starting from the morning until I get back home and can masturbate. Sometimes even masturbation won't help, as I start to feel horny again soon after I masturbated. That is annoying and frustrating. I feel like I need to go back on Androcur.
One thing I noticed again is that my body started to distribute fat more actively after I stopped Androcur. How's that possible? Like, I have grown a belly that I never had before. Also nipples feel sensitive. Perhaps I should have continued with Tamoxifen.
But on positive side my memory is much better. I remember things that I have forgotten during chemcastration. Also I have more interest in various things and topics I have lost during chemcastration.

T +62 It is so many days since I stopped Androcur, but I still notice changes. First, my weight has increased since I stopped Androcur. I have gained 4kilos. That was unexpected. I thought I will loose some kilos after testosterone return. My testicular volume has returned almost to the same as before starting Androcur. Volume of semen has increased also to almost normal from almost none. Plus, unexpectedly I can shoot again. So I have to be more careful now, as I can make it all dirty. :/ One more thing, my nipples have been slightly sore for last days. I did not pay much attantion until today morning when they felt very sensitive and hard. It has never happened to me! Is it a morning nipple hardness? They were visible through my T shirt. I wonder what kind of hormonal disbalance is this? Too much T is converting into E?

Of positive side, it is now confirmed that some hair has started to grow back on my head. At first hair was thin and hardly visible, but now this new hair has grown thicker and become black and became visible in the middle of old hair. and certainly my hair on top of my head has become more thicker. Not much, but change is noticeable.
Also my sleep is much more better now. Normally I do not wake up at nights anymore. I have gone from not able to get sleep and waking up many times at the beginning of trial to waking up once or twice at the end of trial and not waking up at all after stopping Androcur 2 months ago.

It seems like it has become to an end. I can say now that I am fully recovered now. In every aspect. So it took 2.5 months to recover after 4 month trial.
May be I will write some kind of conclusion one day.
Right after I stopped, I felt like I do not need any trials anymore. In some sense I was right. But now I think I want to get chemically castrated for the next summer again. Very little sex drive is the reason. And I wouldn't feel like I am controlled by urges. Probably will start little earlier in spring and end later to stretch the period to 6 months. I will do it for sure if I can find a triptorelin or leuprorelin source. Androcur seem to have many negative effects which I want to minimise.
I still feel like I need to have a return to "normal" option, plus negative side effects are quite nasty. At least with Androcur, and that's why I hesitate to get surgically castrated.
