I suppose that you would go to the Notifications feature and just put your name in the "TO" space and send it.

I can solve this problem by setting the maximum amount of PM's allowed to 2.

I got my inbox and outbox emptied out a bit and I have sent a message to Transward, sorry for all the confusion.
