Hi,

I injected 10 times and then stopped; I need to make an appointment with my Endo which is past due. This reminds me that I need to do that today. He will (as he always does) run a battery of blood work which will include Testesterone and Estrogen Levels. Since I have a baseline from before the alcohol injections, I can report the differences in those values.

Thanks,

Danielle

Hi,

My Endochrinologist appointment is set for this Wednesday, March 31. He will take my blood for various tests including T and E levels. It may take a week to get the results back from the lab, but I will report back what the levels are. I will also report what they were 6 months ago at that time. It will be interesting to see the quantitative changes in both the T and E levels subsequent to the alcohol treatment of my testes (10 injections into each).

For all you testicle injecters, heep in mind that it may take a while for bruising on the testicle to go away after an injection (or if there is bruising).

I would worry about a surgeon or pathologist seeing the evidence of injection. BTW, anything that is taken out of your body is carefully looked at by a pathologist to try and ascertain waht went wrong with it or if there is anything else going on with it.

My experience is that alcohol injections will present no visible evidence if given a couple weeks time without injections. Of course I am only a sample of 1 but I had both a surgical biopsy and nearly 4 months later a surgical castration. In both cases, the removed tissue was sent to the lab for analysis and nothing suspicious was forthcoming. I stopped my vodka injections two weeks before the biopsy. One testicle had a piece removed surgically from it and the other only had a needle biopsy. The report came beck that the

My doctor did ask if I had some injury or anything strange but I said nothing unusual that I could remember. And he was more interested in solving the issue rather than being a detective about the cause. After that, I switched from ordinary vodka to 190 proof Everclear for a couple months. After a testosterone test then that was under 50, my doctor said he would remove them if we agreed and my wife and I were pretty excited at that. I stopped doing any injections then and it took about 3 weeks to arrange everything for the surgery. The pathology report then came back also with infarcted and atrophied- nothing else.

My sample is still pretty small but I am pretty confident that the only suspicious things would be if there is any obvious bruising or blood at injection sites but those disappear in days. My usual injection size was 1 1/2 ml so I never tried to pump up or expand the testicle much beyond its ordinary size.

I am surprised at the lack of any bruising. Swelling seems to go down sometime between four and nine days after injection -- so after two weeks there should be little if any signs of trauma.

a bruising only can be caused by a little seperated vessel where the blood flows out in the tissue arround. so you cant see the bruising in your balls, because the sac skin covered your balls, and after some days each bruising will be reduced in the balls after needling.

Hi -

I had my routine (6 month) endochronologist appointment today. This is the first one since I injected both of my testicles 10 times in the last 6 months.

I have at least a 10 year history of T and E levels with him. He always does bloodwork for both of those hormones (esp since I am on Premarin).

I will report the before and after levels here when they come in. That should be within the week.
