I don't know about 90 or 40 proof. I used Everclear. Used 1cc to start and went up to 2cc. I was surprised at how large each ball got when 2cc was injected. A novelty for awhile.
I can only attest that it worked for me, with some pain, then discomfort, then no problem. One should not assume that this is without risk. I assume I got lucky and has no disaster side effects.
With care, and sterile conditions, I suppose the odds of having no negative side effects are reduced.
I was quite amazed at how easy it was to inject alcohol directly into each testicle. Never would have imagined doing this, but thanks to what I learned on the EA, and from personal research on the internet, I took the plunge, and have been rewarded for my risk taking.
If anyone else does this, well, I don't suggest or recommend doing it, but if you do, for goodness sakes go slow, be careful, and if there is too much pain or any negative consequences, stop stop stop.
From my personal experience of success I wish I could in person, help others; but the legal and personal liability is almost a guaranteed negative risk, greater than the risk of injecting ones self. Such is life.

I was led to injecting my testicles the exact same way you were.
I wonder how all of our "First Time Injections" were when we started
I mean, what were the emotions you all felt the hours before the first injection? Excitement, Anxiety, Fear, Anticipation, Eagerness, Terror, Motivation, etc.

Hello Everyone,
Since being discharged from the hospital last Friday, I struggled to walk, do bowel movements (probably surgically damaged abdominal muscles), and consequently have been a lot more sedentary than usual. I was a bit angry this weekend that my doctor didn't do a scrotal needle biopsy instead of cutting through my abdomen, but there's probably a host of good reasons for him doing the biopsy the way he did. However, my surgical wound has dramatically improved since then, I can walk and defecate now without problems, and there's little to no pain when changing posture positions.
It'll be a couple of weeks before I can get back to bicycling and stuff. Oh well.
I'm supposed to get a follow-up on the 14th this Wednesday by Dr. Cho. I wonder what else the biopsy will tell.

Oh my goodness! Remember I had the biopsy done on my right testicle last Thursday right? Well my right testicle has swollen from the size of a medium grape to about the size of a ping-pong ball! It's numb to the touch, but I will NOT squeeze it. Blech! I've also noticed a small ache or fullness in my right abdomen the past several days. I see my urologist for a follow-up today, so I wonder what he'll be thinking? Yikes, haha.

Following my second high proof injection, I have no pain at all... just a little lack of energy, but it could be me.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Pirlouit! Wow, no pain at all on just the second injection? Your testicles/testicular nerves must be quite delicate and susceptible to damage.

it's not my second injection. Since I upgraded to 188proof alcohol, it's the second injection, but I've injected 5 times with 80proof before.
