Back when I was in college in '68 to '74, the Fraternity system banned 190 proof drinks named the super screwdriver (which never failed to cause amateurs to blackout be taken to the hospital) and Purple Passions which never failed to caused the amateurs to spew purple stuff which bleach couldn't remove from the walls and floors and you couldn't cover it with paint. It always bled through.
Yeah, during those fabulous late 70's when I was in a fraternity, we had plastic 30-gallon garbage cans and a boat paddle reserved for mixing Purple Jesus for the weekend parties. With what's left of a pint, I could probably mix up a gallon or two

just for old times' sake.

Hi
I did a blood test and the results weren't what i expected.
My T levels are always in normal range (even if in low range) and nearly not lower than previous ones. Does T level drop all at once when testes die, or does-it lower slowly?
Anyway, i have to go further and I decided to make another set of injections.

I'm not in a hurry, anyway.
I found 188 proof (94°) "superfine alcohol" here for liquors. I had to test it since i only had a 80 proof (40°) alcohol for other shots.
So I needed to make a "testes liquor"
I only injected 0,4ml in each. More difficult to insert the needle than before... the process is on it's way.
I thought it would hurt much more with the high grade alcohol, but not much difference for me.

The results are cumulative over time and the higher the proof, the quicker it begins working.

After more than 24h after injection, my testes are always sensitive and slightly painful. Hope it means efficiency of 190 proof alcohol is much bigger than 80 proof.
Poor little testes

Vodka is almost pure alcohol cut with water down to a drinkable level before bottling. Simply mix your 190 proof with, say, two thirds water and you have usable vodka.

Poor little testes
The swelling and some pain usually deminishes in a few days. By 5 - 10 days it should be completely gone. Time to inject again

I visited my Urologist to get my testosterone checked. However, he scheduled a biopsy this upcoming Thursday on my right testicle instead. He explained that he will pull my testicle through an incision in my right inguinal area. He did emphasize that the 2nd ultrasound detected a mass on both testicles, so he might decide to biopsize both testicles, I guess. I'm calling his office Monday and asking that he decide to do both instead of just the right. This is my very first surgery since Pyloric Stenosis surgery when I was 17 days old, so I'm quite nervous about it.

Marcy,
Wouldn't it be great if after pulling your testicles out for the biopsy, he determines them atrophied and dead, and decides it best to remove them. Wouldn't that be great!
Don't be nervous about the biopsy, he'll numb you up good and you won't feel anything. Lie back, think happy thoughts!

My doctor did a biopsy on both my testicles after 2 ultrasounds as well. There are 3 basic ways to obtain samples of the tissue. The easiest is to do a needle biopsy where hollow needles are inserted through
to get the sample. This is much like a needle biopsy of the prostate. The other 2 ways are similar to each other but much different in approach and anticipated findings. Both have the testicle exposed and the doctor removes a section of it, sews up the testicle and hopefully (his point of view) puts it back in place. This can be done with an incision in the scrotum which is simpler or through an inguinal incision. The inguinal approach is more invasive and takes more time for recovery as the surgery cuts muscle tissue in the lower abdomen while the scrotal approach only cuts the skin of the scrotum.
So why do an inguinal biopsy when a scrotal one gets the same material much easier? When the doctor suspects something obvious that may necessitate removing the testicle immediately and mostly intact, he will use the inguinal approach. The scrotal approach is used when something more benign is anticipated and cutting into the the testicle is not likely to release cells.
So it sounds like you will have a longer recovery but have a better possibility that you may exit the surgery without your testicles- depending on what they see. I told my doctor that it would be fine with me if he removed mine during the biopsy if they looked bad but he put everything back together so he could remove them in 4 months when they didn't improve. Of course they wouldn't improve when they kept getting plenty of Everclear, would they? But it was another surgery and better for the economy.
I wish you the best and hopefully you will come out without your balls so surgery won't have to be redone at some point.

Thank you Hash! That would be great. If I had the option, I might choose a local anaesthetic over a general anasthetic.
