There's this new German kinda romantic comedy by Tom Tykwer ("Run Lola Run", "Heaven") called "Drei" ("Three") with just started in German movie theatres. It's about a m/m/f-love triangle. In the beginning one of the men finds out that he's suffering from testicle cancer. There are some explicit pics showing the operation, the injection, the cutting of the scrotal skin - and as an (ironic) highlight the one cutted ball landing in a metall bowl. You should have heard the groans of agony of especially the male audience when the completely unexpected scenes appear... (after all, it's a great movie though not comparable to a romantic comedy made in Hollywood at all)

Alright. I found one I'll bet no-one else has seen. (and with good reason. The movie is terrible.)

Terminal City Ricochet

In this absolutely abysmal made-for-tv movie, one man controls the entire population through the use of the media. Most of the plot is forgettable, but near the end, the main villain has a young man castrated. You don't see it, but hear it happen off screen. The main villain goes directly to a cooking show, and is handed a zip-lock bag with two testicles in it, by his main henchman. He then proceeds to cook them in a wok, saying this is a delicacy, and an old family recipe.

There is also a sub-plot where the villain is implanting control chips in the brains of children so he can control them like robots.
