now, any one of you has sterilized your cacl2 solutions?
When It´s mixed with 40% vodka sterilization is required?
If you look close at my avatar, that is almost every thing I used. I took the bottle of vodka and poured out 100ml. This left 100ml in the bottle I then took two level tablespoons (measuring type) of the picklecrisp (calcium chloride) and poured it into the bottle of vodka. I then capped the bottle and shook it. I allowed the mixture to sit for the day to absorb as much of the picklecrisp as possible. I shook a final time, unpacked the syringe and the uncapped the vodka, and pulled in .50cc. Then I cleansed the testicle, held the testicle and injected. Once in the bottom for .50cc then once in the top for .50cc then I took another syringe and repeated in the other testicle. No styrilizing of any other kind. No infections post injection and no bleeding or melting. Sorry one thing I did do before injecting it was to draw back the plunger to see if I had hit a blood vessel, which I didn't. Then I pushed in slowly counting to 30 as I did. Hope this helps.

Could you please tell us how exactly do you do that? If no blood came out does the plunger get sucked back down? I saw someone on Youtube keeping some air in the top for that but it seemed dangerous.

Well what I did was to load the syringe with calc2 then, push the plunger to get the air out and ensure it was exactly .50cc. Then i inserted into testicle, pull back plunger and look at lowest or closesest point to skin in syringe to see if any blood went in. If no blood, which I dint have, I injected. I can't say the pain is the spermatic cord. My abdomen hurt but only the first night.
Been a while since I updated my status here, and I do have some news, so here I go.
Quick summary of my CaCl history: In June of 2013 I injected 2.5 cc of 30% CaCL solution into each testicle (no alcohol). My balls grew to the size of oranges and after a few weeks I started having hot flashes, so I thought I had accomplished my goal. After about two months it seemed like my libido was coming back though, so I followed up with more injections. After about a year having multiple additional injections my right testicle seemed dead but my left was still functional. I purchased new CaCl and injected 3 cc into my left testicle. After about 10 days it became obvious that I had injected too much. I got a huge blister as my testicle was burning its way through my scrotum. After three months of trying to heal my scrotum myself I developed an infection and had to go to a urologist. The urologist seemed to immediately recognize the situation as self harm, and scoffed at my explanation that the situation was from an infected pimple/boil. On my second visit (after the ultrasound) the urologist was so demeaning and snarky towards me that I cancelled my future appointments and went back to treating myself.
That's where I was 11 months ago when I last updated. After nine more months of self treatment, my scrotum was looking better but had not healed completely. My left testicle was small and hard and fused onto my scrotum. I decided to go to a second urologist, who ran the standard tests. T Test came back and I have a Testosterone level of 40 (where normal is 400-700). I was surprised at my T level because my nightsweats and hotflashes have been getting less intense and I'm not really having much difficulty having sex (my libido has dropped but I function fine). I figured my T level was going to be something like 250. Ultrasound revealed that I had two dead testicles.
A week ago I had a radical orchiectomy. My problem now is that my urologist didn't do anything to address my scrotal tissue damage and now my scrotal infection is back.
I have a follow-up appt in a few days and may provide another update after that.
your scrotum may have been open so long that the edges have healed enough that it wont heal back together without cutting a bit around the hole. I can't imagine trying to inject 3ml in a testicle. I'm guessing that you overpressured it and it leaked into your scrotum.

That's pretty much what I'm thinking as well. It seems like my scrotal skin has healed onto an inner layer of my scrotum. I feel like I'm a perfect example of what not to do when it comes to CaCl.

I'm sorry that you had to go through all this. But what the first urologist did is beyond me. Who the **** does he think he is? Is that normal in the US?
