What's that? Did it offend anyone? Does attachments need approval first? Or is not allowed at all? Please elaborated or at least help me find the site guidelines.

attachments and images are not allowed at all. Post them elsewhere and present a link. We used to allow posting of photos, but moderating became a great hassle, and so we dropped it.

You won't be able to tell testosterone drop effects so quickly. While testosterone blood levels can drop fast, the effect on other tissues (muscle, genitals, brain, etc.) may take much longer to be noticeable.

Spitdik thank you for your reply, I awoke again today with large testicles and an erection I did not want. After reading what you posted I feel more relieved. I will continue to be patient and wait. I will also continue to update other changes as I notice them. So far alertness anger/rage unchanged. Feeling chills or cold a lot more than before. Night sweats but not soaking wet. As when I'm sick. At the end of the day my testicles have a very dull ache, I probably wouldn't notice if I had not been trying too be so aware of what my body is doing. I am urinating and it is darker, I am consuming 1.5 literes of water as I did before..I have stopped jogging for now until testicles shrink down.

Dark urine? you need a doctor to check that

Well I up'd my water intake today and didn't drink my coffee and tea today and urine was almost clear so I'm guessing I'm just more dehydrated than before. I didn't have any pain while urinating so I'm not all that worried about that. Testicles seem to have gotten less full today. So I would assume the fluid is being absorbed.

I would suggest that you not perceive the injections to be the final act, but rather as an interim step to damaging your testicles to the extent that they are surgically removed. This is how I approached this method and was successful in that when the urologist took a look at my scans after the second round of injections, he told me that mine had to go. Removed on 03/15/2014 and very happy they are gone. I am on TRT and can control how much I take. I feel so much better without those damned things.

Micdavi24 thank you for your reply. I read this forum 3 times through. I was happy when you posted originally that you were able to receive the orchectomy surgery. I am not as concernered if they stay inside of me or not. My strong motivation was to reduce my testosterone to castrate levels. Once satisfied I was then going to seek out a Dr. to confirm if I have low/no Testosterone. I'm not convinced I want T/gel though. I believe I want the Estroge patch instead. However I can't figure out an argument for the Dr to give me that instead. Outside of saying I believe I'm transgendered and this is not a disscusion I'm prepared to start. So I may try to go without either and try to continue impact exercise for bone health. The testosterone life I built while admirable to the outside world has made me miserable.

I´m a transgender also, I´m a trans woman, before, I thought like you,. Damaging testicles and leave them in Its place once I´m sure that they have stopped producing testosterone, but Now my mind has changed a little, Probably now I think that they must be gone as It´s the only way ton ensure that in some point in my life they won´t recover and start to produce some testosterone again. With them inside I would feel so insecure that someday they re-start producing T. Also now I want to a smooth look penis and testicles are horrible things that I feel not should be in my body any more, On the other hand once they are gone, I will not need antiandrogens anymore! and that is the best! and If I need them I´ll probably need just low dosages.

Once they are damaged to the point of no working, it is best to have them removed as they do become a source of risk in many ways. As Freddyde says, there is also the possibility of them recovering to some extent in the future and if you read some of the experiences on this thread, this seems to have happened to some of the guys here.

Best advice, kill them off and have them surgically removed as this prevent both potential scenarios.
